Unfortunately very unhappy with their customer service. There were long delays and problems with fitting the safe which was completed on the third attempt. Apologised and promised goodwill gesture but later rescinded the offer.

Spoke to Kamal from SecureSafe, gave lots of advice and knows his safes very well so I was comfortable to buy from them. Had issues in installing and he quickly arranged installation the next working day. I highly recommend them and I can tell their after care service will be genuine.

Incredible company to work with - from the start to finish they have been extremely prompt with help and all the guidelines we've had to follow due to insurance purposes. Zarah A. has been beyond wonderful with helping us purchase and install the safes - always quick, incredibly patient and ready to help and coming up with ideas to solve external problems we've had. I would highly suggest Secure Safe for any safe needs.

Easy ordering. Due to our requested delay on delivery I've been pestered by Trustpilot to review it before its delivery.
Not unpacked it yet but presume it will do the job as intended. Not going to light a fire under it just to see if the fire protection time is specified either!!

Said next day delivery, but this is not true. So got refund and will buy else where.

I bought this on 1st week of December hasn't yet delivered. It's says 5 to 10 working days on web. I don't understand. I cannot write about safe box and how they deliver, coz not yet deliver.

Not sure if it has been delivered, still waiting on the delivery.

Didnt have an email to say if it was dispatched or sent yet.

Please could someone get back to me as soon as possible.

Quick delivery, opening handle/knob seems a bit loose but ok.

Missed the first delivery as it arrived one day after the order was placed when the system stated a standard two to three day delivery. This is not a complaint just an observation.
The product was as described well packed and clear instructions.
The only negative comment concerns the hooks on the inside of the safe door. These are to pliable to be of any real use and one of our users managed to cut their arm on one of them.

Waited in for next working day delivery for 3 days, having called the office at the end of each working day to inquire as to when it was actually going to arrive. I eventually gave up and cancelled the order following the continued extremely poor customer services.

The safe is good but instructions are poor and you need a magnifying glass. It needed batteries but didn't explain how to remove the access cover.

Great website, helpful and informative. Delivery of safe was prompt and exactly as described.

Quick delivery, excellent product.

Service and delivery were really good & quick. My only complaint was with the instructions which were not really clear. All sorted now & the safe is just what we wanted.
