Booked a trip but told they didnt have space although they knew how many of us there was in the party, then refused to refund.
Extremely poor customer service.
Use alternative companies.

We had a distressed crying child on board our punt (which was not from Scudamore). When we tried to pull up next to the Scudamore stand to let her off the boat someone came running up and told us testily that this was private property. We insisted and he left, muttering to himself and tutting. Horrible person - if that's a reflection of the rest of the staff and service, then avoid.

Thanks to Charlie and the staff at Scudmores for all the information, a very enjoyable punt!

We had a lovely time on the punt, the young lady that took us was very informative and friendly and the whole experience was relaxing, interesting and very enjoyable

The punting itself was good but we had an accident and my wife hand was Injured. Not who was navigating the punt was kind and got us some ice pack. We were asked to fill in a form and we left. I received a call from Chris shah at was the manager there enquiring how was the injuring and he promised some vouchers and stuff as compensation and asked to send some photographs. Although it's very unlikely we might visit Cambridge anytime soon as we live in Swansea, I did send in pictures thu email. All I received was to let him know if there is anything needed from him amd completely ignoring what he was promising on the call.

Its not very important that you need to compensate things not when you promise something atleast. Looks like he is my convicted the accident is not major enough.
