Have always been satisfied with Checks in the Mail.. Never had any problems.. They've always done a good job.. Even with my order of mailing labels...

checks do not tear off of check binder evenly, in check book binder. This resulted in " torn paper" on the binder resulting in torn checks. THIS uneven tearing resulted in top of personal checks being "dog eared" or unevenly torn. Check perforation binder at check printer.

The CITM form to fill out is confusing, so I called to place my order and was charged $3.50 to talk to a real person!! REALLY?? I will be looking for another place to purchase my checks!

Easy ordering, polite staff, good value for price, reasonable delivery time.

Although the ordering process is fine, the total for the small order I placed was - in my opinion - very expensive. Would probably do just as well getting the bank to reorder my checks - and probably more secure

The ad says checks for $3.99 with free shipping. I only ordered 25 checks, and yes the checks were $3.99 and the shipping free, but they added on a "processing fee" that was $3.50. So in the end I paid $8.00 for 25 checks. Their pricing is very misleading and it seems dicey to me. Why not give the total price?

I've used Checks in the Mail for many years and they consistently have the best prices, quality product and excellent service. I wouldn't use any other company for this service.

Customer service helped me correct an order that I had placed online. Great offer for first time customers. Checks came with a check register, which another company charged extra for. Shipping and handling was timely.
