Used this Company years ago to install some front doors to my house, they did a great job very professional. Recently door lock broke due to our use. Called the company in the evening after office hours to report issue by mid day the next day they were onsite and replaced the broken lock. Very quick very professional.

The best company I have ever worked with. incredible communication and support. They know what they are doing and you can trust them because they have the solution for you.

I would avoid SecureHouse and companies associate with Dainius Buzinskas and Edmundas Zaunieravicius. I had a poor experience purchasing two RC 3 doors and top glazing from them through Mindaugas Balciunas, who's attentiveness and support diminished once I placed the order. Timeframes slipped, comms was inconsistent and the final product/fitting has left a considerable opening between the frame and door, big enough for a rodent to enter, leaves to blow through, causes a constant draught and, I suspect, doesn't bode well for the secure nature of the door as the bolts are mostly out of the socket rather than securely within the metal frame.

I should say there is also an issue with the second door, with a draught coming through the centre where the locking mechanism sits - not what I would expect from a high-end product, but given the severe issue with the first one it's a secondary concern.

So after a draughty Christmas, its now two weeks since raising these concerns about the door and fitting inc photo evidence, I still await a response and have been told only the below, so no apology, no swift rectification, no concern over how their team could have departed with such a serious defect if they have any form of QA process and such. Hence, they now receive this review - I would much rather have had things rectified than spend my time writing this, whilst being disappointed with an expensive purchase.

I did a lot of research before placing my order, but feel my confidence in SecureHouse was demonstrably misplaced. I would suggest you look at the likes of Cerberus or Stronghold as alternatives if you need a secure door solution, I didn't go with them as they had longer lead-in times (though probably were just being realistic rather than pretending to be able to deliver in a swifter timeframe).

I had a garage Georgian garage door done with a wicked door. The designer Ray sent the design and asked to confirm but did not highlight that they couldn’t insert a matching top
Panel to the wicked door . This was noted by us only when the door was fixed. It was clearly the company s fault for not highlighting the details or the problem. Upon repeated requests secure house has ignored my concern. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

I have used Secure House several times, for small maintenance jobs, but also for installations of doors and windows. I find them very professional with the installations, but the main thing is that I can call them anytime, for advice of problems that occur with electrical doors or windows systems without them having to come out, if they don't need to. And as a customer I always feel that they will do the uttermost to help with any problem.
