Bad response time and overall bad customer service. I returned a pair of jeans to an address they emailed me and never got anything back, basically I paid for nothing.

Their jeans are actually very good quality but their customer service is a nightmare - I waited over a month for my parcel to arrive.
I won't be ordering again until they have a phone number for customer services. I mean what kind of serious retail business has no phone number?!

Extremely dissatisfying.

Returned 2 items on 27th December which were delivered to the returns address and signed for on the 29th. Did not hear anything back regarding the refund. Chased this up with 2 emails to which I received no response. Finally got a response nearly 2 weeks later from Lucy at Customer care. Gave my order number and what I ordered and they finally acknowledged they had received my items back. I was then told I would receive a refund within 5-7 working days on the 15th January. Guess what, 11 working days later and still have not received my refund. I have sent 2 further emails chasing this up, and of course I have not received a reply about this. Can somebody please try and resolve this?!

Refund???

Been waiting for my refund for over a month! When I do actually get a reply from my emails I'm told it will be processed but still waiting! It's beyond a joke. No contact number to speak to someone either which isn't helpful.

been waiting for my refund since 8th December and still have not received this! Spoke to Lucy around 12th December and she advised this has been processed, I have still not had the refund and no one responds to the emails I have sent!!!!

Bought a jacket had to return and change for a different size and they were so efficient speedy and responsive. Would 100% keep buying from them :)

I cant beĺieve the utter cheek of this "company" even emailing me for a review, i placed an order a tracksuit and a week later got an email to say it wasnt in stock so i replied by asking forca refund and thats it didnt here from them again...i contacted them numerous times and even commented on their fb and insta accounts and they deleted all my comments they had the time to delete my comments but not reply to me and now ask me forca review omg laughable....by the way my order was placed in june 2017...trust me avoid i think the clue is in the "company" not having a contact number....they are a pure scam!!!

Paid for a few items, never recieved the goods, had to keep messaging them and constantly waiting for a response, which was always days after where I had to write to them again, Just to see if they would respond. Money got refunded, and they said they didn't know what happened, bad business for not keeping track of my items or what were it is. I even gave them the tracking number royal mail sent to me, but on the tracking it said ' royal mail did not receive the goods, and that they are waiting. When section responded they said it was strange and refunded my money. Never recieved the goods, and had to wait at least a month for the refund. Just bad business. If I could give it half a star extra I would, just because the quality of clothes I've receivedd before with another order, but the second order failed. It's a risk ordering from there again.

Twice my order has been messed up and when emailed had no reply but what I received has been some good quality clothing

Customer service was awful it took several months to get my refund back from a faulty coat which came with no label.

I bought a pair of pants and what I got were 3 pair of pants that were supposed to be shipped to someone else. I tried to return the pants because they were wayyyy too small. To send the package back, section clo requested that I send the package back. After only ordering one pair, I was told that it would take $90 to send the package back to GB. Admin then said to keep the jeans (which I still have no use for), and that they would send the order I actually paid for. After months of back and forth with admin, the jeans then sold out and they conveniently forgot about my order. ADMIN is terrible as well as customer service. Its been a year now and I emailed them 5 months back with the same thread and still nothing. So if you buy from them just know the customer service is practically non-existent.
