Section Express, please contact me so I can learn how to use the templates now that they are all labeled differently. All the file I have start with "c" not "k"

Hello,
I already emailed you via the form on the website Site: section.express and unfortunately didn't receive a reply. Since I know you also run the platform Site: be.express, I wanted to register there. Unfortunately, I saw that there haven't been any updates since September 2025. Are there any plans for updates there, or have you discontinued them, as you did with the other site?
On December 31, 2025, my account was automatically charged $179 for an annual renewal without my authorization. I did not initiate or confirm this transaction.
After noticing the charge, I immediately canceled the subscription (status shows “Pending Cancellation”). I have attempted to contact support for a refund but received no response.
To resolve this, I can be contacted via the email associated with my account. For verification, the QQ number linked to my account ends with the digits: 871202.
I am currently disputing this charge with my bank. I hope this can be resolved directly.

I'd like to revise my review to be positive. The seller contacted me, and after another purchase attempt, everything worked. The files offered are excellent (some still use the outdated grid technology, but anyway...). Thanks for the work. a huge timesaver for me.

Hello I like the tool it’s very great but when downloading I clicked on business templates but it didn’t download. I only have access on woocommerce templates and sections. Could you please help me I payed this morning.

It seems support has been discontinued. That's a shame, because I really liked the tool. Support isn't responding to inquiries. Neither to support requests nor pre-sales inquiries. I tried three times in five weeks. No response. I also noticed that there's no address or information about the company. It seems to be run by a single person who has now lost interest in developing the site. A pity. I advise against buying it.

Asked multiple times questions before purchasing, and this is SALES mind you, without getting an answer!
Red Flag #1: Do you offer a free trial?
Answer: Unfortunately, we do not offer a free trial at this time.
OK, so you don't offer a trial. Fine. I asked, can't you create a demo system on your own site so users can test it out. Answer: Insert *birds chirping sound here*
Red Flag #2: Is there a refund option available?
Answer: Our designs are digital products, and there are no refunds available for purchases. Please make sure to review your selection carefully before making a purchase.
So, no trial and no refund? Seems like a good way to get rich quick eh?
Red Flag #3: No response to pre-sales questions.
Now this one is the biggest one to me. If you're not interested in SALES, then it's not a wild leap to think what the process is for trying<--- to get support?
They are either rude, inept or all of the above. Run and don't look back.
Update: As his/her response, my comment above is no longer either rude, inept or all of the above. It's abundantly clear the response.
And yes, thank goodness there are much better alternatives and yes, they actually also offer support and a working product. So thanks for giving myself and hopefully thousands of others an option on choosing a service and product other than your side gig.

The real deal. With Section Express, I save the time of 6 projects out of 10 each month. Insane – and the sections are also well designed. Love it.
I have purchased the express pack Section.Express and I must say, I am absolutely impressed by their designs. The visual quality is flawless: every section is elegant, modern, and the variety offered truly covers every need for building professional websites.
Strengths:
- Harmonious, polished, and very contemporary designs
- A wide range of sections and templates suitable for all uses
- Consistent graphic identity across all elements
Area for improvement:
- The only downside is the style management: all styles (colors, typography, responsive settings, etc.) on section and templates are applied individually to each widget, instead of being set via Elementor’s global settings.
- This approach makes global customization and quick style reuse across projects more complicated, even though all sections and templates use exactly the same styles.
- It would be extremely helpful to have access to a complete CSS file or the Elementor global settings that correspond to all the styles used in sections and templates, just like in the starter kits, where everything is centralized in the global settings.
Suggestion:
I highly recommend Section.Express for the quality of its designs and the richness of its catalog, but I would really like to see a move toward centralized style management for sections and templates, which would make the user experience even smoother and more professional. Why not apply the same logic as in the starter kits, where everything is managed through Elementor’s global settings?
This would greatly facilitate customization and integration of the sections into any project.
Was sceptical at first buying this product as I have bought similar stuff that didn't work, but this really is worth the money and I am really pleased with all of the different templates and sections. This has made my web design work so much easier now :-)
Money well spent! Great Elementor Templates. Happily recommend it to anyone thinking of purchasing.
Section.Express has simplified my workflow as a Wordpress website designer, allowing me to draft up responsive, good-looking, professional designs with ease and flow. There are a few reasons why this company is so great!
For starters, as a perfectionist, the Prototyper (which allows quick drag-and-drop design drafting) is a game-changer for me. I’m getting my time back by not having to fret over the look and feel of each site, and I’m able to provide other high-value services to my clients with the spare time I now have. I can also show these drafts to my clients so that they’re happy with the design before I proceed building their site.
Their pre-made sections offer a lot of variety as well, and I’ve been able to mix-and-match sections effortlessly. Because each section design looks great with any other section design they’ve provided, maintaining the overall cohesivenes of the layout is a breeze for me. Very few adjustments need to be made on each client’s website now, and adding the personal flair, branding, and artistic touch has never been more pleasant for me as a designer.
Not to mention, Section.Express offers a library of kits with some of the most incredible web designs I’ve ever seen. Originally, I was in the market for some kits when I found them. I discovered, after many online searches, that most websites selling templates and kits do NOT have optimised designs. A lot of the designs I found online looked a little too gimmicky for my tastes. Even when there were thousands available on popular sites, I found that they had an immature look rather than the distinguished look that I’m going for as a professional web designer. Section.Express offered the sleek look that I prefer, and their library of kits is a decent size, not too overwhelming to browse through, and just right for me to easily find a design I like.
Section.Express, the way I see it, offers quality over quantity. However, you’d be pleased to know that they are updating their selection on the regular, and that membership with them offers access to all of the new updates as well as the previous options.
They even offer a one-time lifetime membership, which is great for people like me: I avoid subscription-based services in general. However, they do offer subscription too, which I think is a good price for the value they bring: access to new features and access to an amazing community of people working in the same field. I think it’s a win-win and I plan on joining the community in upcoming months.
Overall, it’s a great solution. Instead of downloading plugins that are of cheap quality and bloat up my sites with unnecessary/ugly elements, I get the best-looking sections right out of the box with Section.Express. They live up to their name.
They also have a highly responsive and good support team of friendly communicators. Should you ever need to contact them, they are wonderful to deal with and actually care about their clients. It’s rare to find a company like that these days.
I hope to see them go far, and to become more popular online. They deserve to succeed for how much they’ve helped me out in my workflow. For now, they are a sweet secret for clever web designers.
Great product, clear inetructions.
Support fixed my problem even during weekend.
No issues with the company.
Stay away!
Really (really) bad practices. Like one accordion per question. Very unprofessional / unusable.
Your details are shared as well since I’m getting emails from other addons all of a sudden.
Stripe payment not showing so I’ll have to apply for a new creditcard.
No response to emails.
Stay away is my advice.
**added to reply**
- A faq with a new nestable element per container is not best practice. By far. Unusable and bad practice.
- There has been 0 communication on my question, this is your first reply.
- I received your email from @ecaddons which means the info was shared.
- Or was it advertisement by Kap asian?
I stay with my recommendation. Stay away.

The sections are dope. Clean and just what I needed. Support is responsive too. Good work from this team.
Great and clean templates! Easy import handling, very nicely built! A little square space feeling ;-) Thanks folks, helped me save a lot of time so far.
I was initially impressed with the templates—they look professional and well-designed. However, my overall experience was disappointing due to several key issues:
Support Responsiveness: When I encountered problems, the support team was either unhelpful or didn’t respond at all. This made resolving issues unnecessarily frustrating.
One-Time Package Limitations: I purchased the one-time package, which provides only a single day of downloading access to the templates. If you miss that narrow window, you lose access entirely. This feels restrictive and doesn’t match expectations for a one-time payment.
Failed Workaround: After I raised my concern about the limited access, I requested a solution. They sent a WeTransfer link, but unfortunately, the link didn’t work. When I reached out again for a functional link, I received no response.
Unreasonable Restrictions: While I understand that a one-time package doesn’t include ongoing access to the website, it seems reasonable to expect flexible downloading options. Limiting access to just one day feels unnecessarily harsh.
Conclusion: While the templates themselves are well-designed, the lack of reliable support and restrictive access policies make it hard to recommend. I’d suggest the company re-evaluate its policies to provide a more user-friendly experience for paying customers.
