On short notice, Glenn arranged a cruise port pickup and transfer to the airport in Buenos Aires. Having used his service before, I trusted Glenn and Nadia and again, they were fantastic. It was insane at the cruise port with three cruise ships in a port that can barely accommodate one. David, the driver, was able to find us among the throngs of people embarking and disembarking the three ships and get us to the airport. Nadia, the dispatcher was in close communication as David circumvented unbelievable amounts of traffic and road closures. When he spotted us, he ran to us and helped us haul our luggage back to his car. Fantastic customer service. Thanks to all.

I would highly recommend using the services of Secretsofbuenosaires for your airport transfer needs. During our trip to Buenos Aires in December 2024 we used their services four times. For each pickup, the driver was at the airport or in the hotel lobby waiting for us at the arranged time. The drivers were not only very professional in dress and appearance but also very friendly, helpful, and informative with any inquiries we may have had.

If there were any delays on our part, due to flights, all it took was a phone call or message to make sure that both sides were aware of the issues and a resolution was quickly and satisfactorily reached.

The dinner and show at El Viejo Almaden was an absolute hit! The dinner was first rate, the steaks were perfectly done and flavorful, the service was excellent, and the setting perfect. The show was simply fantastic! The artistry and athleticism impressed our entire group. And the music and dance had great variety. It was the highlight of our brief stay in Buenos Aires.

Aside from having one of the best experiences at Michaelangelo, the process to order tickets and arrange for the transportation were perfect. The bus arrived at the scheduled time. We took our own transport back to our hotel instead of waiting for the busses.

The airport taxi and Tango show bookings that we did were really easy to do. The services were really good. The taxis were always on time even when we had a ride at 4:30 AM from our airbnb. Glenn was very helpful in booking our evening. The dinner was OK, but they are catering for over 100 people, all at the same time, hence the limited menu. The show was across the street. We had bought VIP tickets and our seats were literally next to the stage. We thoroughly enjoyed the show.

We hired Secrets of Buenos for an Airport Transfer.

We arrived promptly and quickly located Jorge, our driver. However, we were immediately thrust into crisis mode as I realized I had lost my cell phone while disembarking from the plane. I was able to return to the aircraft to search for it, but unfortunately, I had no success. Using the "Find My" app on my iPhone, I could see the phone moving through the airport, which heightened my concern about the sensitive information it contained.

Jorge was incredibly professional, patient, and empathetic, despite the stress we were feeling after many hours of travel. Fortunately, the phone was eventually recovered—a diligent airline employee had found it and was in the process of reporting it, though they were temporarily occupied boarding passengers for another flight.

Once the phone was safely back in my possession, Jorge drove us to our destination, engaging us with great conversation along the way. I cannot overstate how courteous and understanding Jorge was throughout this ordeal.
