We ordered the Harvia KIP heater, and it arrived promptly. Imy was incredibly helpful and recommended this for our budget. Very happy with it

Very happy with our Finnmark hybrid sauna. Only giving it 4 starts as with sauna was on backorder so waited 8 weeks for that the arrive. The owner kept in touch with updates and said this is quite common with the Finnmark saunas. Such a shame because it's really good. Overall I'd recommend but be prepared for a wait.

Mostly a seamless transaction! It was a bit hard to get answers via emails back and forth, so it's best to just call to complete the transaction and get everything answered. Sauna arrived seamlessly and fairly quick (the FD2 was in stock). One thing about all these sauna folks is it's hard to nail down when items come back in stock since most (all?) go through one main distributor for inventory and shipping. I got a wide range of answers from various folks.....so best to buy when in stock (make sure it actually is) and not rely on estimates when things come back into stock.

Good heater but had some delivery issues. Stones were delayed and were shipped 2 weeks later so we had to wait before we could get it installed

ORDERED HUUM HEATER BUT IT NEEDS AN ELECTRICION TO WIRE IT IN. WE THOUGHT IT PLUGGED INTO THE WALL SO ASKED TO RETURN IT AND THE OWNER SAID WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE WHICH WAS ALMOST $300. TERRIBLE CUSTOEMR SERVICE

I didn't actually buy my heater from Secret Saunas, but I called them up by accident after getting them mixed up with select saunas. Despite this Jasper stayed on the phone with us for 40 minutes to help us work out the positioning of the heater and the HUUM sensor

The Saunum heater is a great product, but the installation was more complex than we expected. Jasper was helpful over the phone, but we wish the manual was more detailed.

Bought the SaunaLife G2 after seeing some recommendations on Reddit. Easy to assemble, we moved the benches a bit higher to try and match up with the Trumpkin notes and got a slightly oversized heater for the winter months. Good experience, recommended.

The hybrid setup is great. We’ve been experimenting with both infrared and traditional sessions. It was a bit of a wait (about 6 weeks), but Jasper explained that up front and helped coordinate everything.

After discussing several options, we went with the Harvia heater, and it’s perfect for our small sized sauna. Delivery was smooth, and the installation instructions were easy for our contractor to follow. The heater performs flawlessly, heating up quickly and maintaining a consistent temperature. I also love the minimalist design—it looks amazing in our space. Highly recommend both the product and the company

Ordered the Spirit after reading some bad reviews online about the HUUM models. I don't realy like the black guard on the front, but other than hat the heater works great and it really generates a LOT of steam

We love our new Harvia Spirit. This was replacing an old KIP model where the elements had burnt out. Overall this seems to be a very reliable heater and it looks so much nicer, There was a slight hiccup with delivery, but the customer service team was very responsive

Secret Saunas made the entire process of upgrading my sauna super easy. Jasper provided excellent advice, and we ultimately chose the Saunum AIR 15, which has been transformatory. It’s efficient, quiet, and the air circulation is noticeably better. I’ve already recommended this to several friends looking to upgrade their setups!

I gave into the Reddit recommendations and finally upgraded to a saunum heater and WOW, what a difference it makes! It's doesn't even feel like a sauna. You can breath so freely and don't get that nasty sting in your nostrils when you throw the water on the stones. Recommended.

Our Saunum heater really is fantastic. Heats up quickly, and the air circulation makes a noticeable difference. The salesman kept recommending this model and we were a bit aprehensive due to the price but overall we're so glad we went for this model!

Quite big for my small indoor sauna but I really wanted a Saunum and absolute love the heat distribution system. By far the best sauna experience I've had. Thanks guys!

Beautiful heater and powerful enough for our large cabin sauna. Shipping took 3 weeks and we had to chase tracking info at one point, but once it arrived, everything worked flawlessly. We’ve had it for 2 months now and couldn’t be happier with the performance.
