Been trying to get a refund reference…
Been trying to get a refund reference and how to return items, I’m sure this shop are trying to get me to the 30days so that I can’t return them. £200 worth of items sitting here after numerous emails I’m still no further forward. I got one reply after 3 emails asking which items I wanted to return and now nothing. Half a dozen emails later I’m still waiting. Don’t bother wasting your money. I think Trading standards will have to be next step.
