It’s a poor product can’t even use it
Don’t buy this it’s a waste of money

I purchased a hairpiece and I am unsatisfied by the quality. Not fit purpose. Customer service is non responsive, I have made three attempts to contact with the email they provide. Everyone is returned with email failed. Wish I had looked at the reviews before buying. Big scam! Pleased don’t purchase.

The company that is advertising this Halo hairpiece is not based on London even though it says so!Iam waiting for a refund after sending it back to China!

The company advertising this is called SECRET HAIRLINE LONDON.

I too ordered a halo hairpiece and on arrival it was not what they advertise on their page they also offered me 70% back plus 10% discount and have gave me an address to send it back to CHINA 😡 wtf

I’ve recently purchased the Halo from Secret Hair after using clip in extensions previously, and I haven’t looked back since! Since becoming a mum I rarely have the time to make an effort with my appearance, but the Halo is so quick and easy to wear, takes me less than 5 minutes to put in, and is a huge confidence boost. The quality of the hair is amazing also compared to other hair extensions i’ve tried in the past. The team were amazing with colour matching me, and showing me how to put the hair in and take it out, and I honestly can’t thank them enough for giving me some of my confidence back and making me feel like a princess!

Ordered a halo extension but the colour is too dark. I want to exchange - it is nearly a month since initial order. I have messaged (Secret Hair website), emailed, Whatsapp called (as requested on site), Whatsapp messaged, texted. Left messages on Whatsapp. NO REPLY AT ALL. Getting desperate now as need the hair for Show.

JUST seen their reply. Complete fabrication. their preferred contact on the website said whatsapp which i contacted numerous times. i then emailed. and i phoned again and again and again. i did not throw this away. i still lhave it pristine in its packaging. my only issue is the colour and i wanted to exchange it. i can still return it for a refund if only these people would connect with me.

I went to Secret Hair for some hair extensions for my wedding. I had no idea what I wanted or what colour I needed. The ladies were so friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a halo which was perfect for my wedding!! Thank you so much for your help. Defo recommend :-)

Went in last week for a haircut with Lyndsey and really enjoyed the salon and the people in there! Was a lovely experience and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Being a man it’s always a little intimidating going into hair salons but barbers just don’t get long curly hair right! Was made to feel incredibly welcome and looking forward to going back!

Have had Lynsey cut, colour and style my hair for over 5 years and followed her to Secrets. today Jules gave me free advice re hormonal/medication related hair loss, as I didn’t know this was a service they offered, and a brilliant deal on a superbly matched halo.
Such wonderful service and professional, knowledgeable staff. Very happy to recommend them all, and super happy with my hair!

I have my hair done here, had my current extensions in since Feb 2022 so almost 2 years and still going strong. The ladies are absolutely lovely and very professional at all times. I really enjoy my appointments as a bit of me time. X

I was a little nervous going , as it was my first time having my hair done there. Kelsey put me at ease straight away. So friendly. She explained how to treat my hair, and what to use, before she started cutting my hair. I was very pleased with the end result. I will definitely be going back. I absolutely recommend her.

Have been getting extensions from this company for four years, I have only ever experienced the best quality products by a team of professionals.
Would not consider using another company as the prices for the hair is very competitive and perfectly placed.

I have been having my hair done at Secret Hair for around four years. At my maintenance appointment yesterday, I realised just how long my own hair has grown! I feel completely safe in the team’s hands and know that my own hair is always being looked after. The extension hair is such good quality and lasts me a year each time. Such a friendly salon and they are definitely the extensions experts.

Well what can I say about secret hair , they have Outstanding quality hair, very professional and friendly team of ladies from the moment you walk into the salon, nothing is too much trouble for the team. They know exactly what works with your hair type! Myself and my 3 daughters use secret for all of our hair needs.

I went to ' Secrets' in King's Lynn for a consultation. My appointment was at 12.30pm. They were all eating their lunch in the Salon, they looked put out that I'd come for a consultation, it seems they'd forgotten. There was not 1 smile or a welcome. I felt uncomfortable straight away. I moved back to Norfolk & wanted to find a good hair extension salon. I have fine hair & had always been advised against Mircro rings & weft so I was surprised that is what they offered! I enquired about having foils also , but it was a lot more expensive than my hairdressers so I said I'd stick with her. They did not call me on timing of the hair thank goodness! As I later found out that it was the salon that wrecked my sisters hair! Prior to moving to their new Salon they had fitted my sister whom also has fine hair! With Micro rings she ended up with bald patches!!! I was living away at the time & she is far to shy & timid to complain! Awful experience!! So rude & unprofessional. If I didn't have to give a star I wouldn't.

Secret Hair UK is a really outstanding salon. Nothing was too much trouble. Jules puts you at ease right from the beginning. A true professional who obviously understands peoples' feelings as well as their needs. She had an answer for all my problems. Secret Hair and Jules cannot be recommended high enough.
