KAUFEN SIE KEINE GUTSCHEINE DIESER FIRMA!!!!

Obwohl in Österreich Gutscheine kein Ablaufdatum mehr haben dürfen, löst Secret Escapes Gutscheine um 800 (achthundert!!!) Euro, welche wir vor den Lockdowns zum Geschenk von Freunden 2020 zur 60er-Feier erhalten haben, nicht mehr ein.
Es gibt nicht einmal eine Begünstigung für eine weiter Buchung als Trost, man freut sich nur auf unsere nächsten Buchungen!?!?!
Diese werden sicher nie mehr erfolgen, obwohl wir schon jahrelang und oft gebucht hatten.

Wie so vielen anderen sind wir von SE…

Wie so vielen anderen sind wir von SE maßlos enttäuscht. Wir haben bereits einige Reisen/Hotels gebucht, SE auch immer gerne weiterempohlen. Aber nun? Ich denke, dass wir - sollte es zu keiner Einigung kommen - dies nicht mehr tun können/wollen!
Unsere geplante Reise nach Hamburg vom 05.04.-08.04.2020 (107509-887641-52713312)
konnte aufgrund von Corona nicht stattfinden, Info vonSE: Hotel geschlossen,....
Mehrere Emails, immer nur vertröstet, Formualr ausfüllen,......
Wir sind so enttäuscht.
Unsere Tochter hat für Mitte Juni ihre Maturareise nach Ibiza über SE gebucht, wir befürchten, dass auch sie ihr sehr schwer verdientes Geld nicht mehr erhalten wird.
Ich bin so enttäuscht und verletzt von dieser unseriösen Behandlung!
