A completely unreliable company. I submitted my claim with all the required attachments, which they confirmed and supposedly forwarded to the airline. Two and a half months passed, even though the airline has a maximum of 60 days to respond. I had to write to them several times, and in the end, all they did was delete my entire claim and close the case. I do not recommend them to anyone — they are an unprofessional and incompetent company.

I had a great experience with Secretclaims through their site secretclaims.com. The process was very simple and communication was straightforward. I was initially skeptical but ended up pleasantly surprised when they successfully helped me get the compensation I deserved. Even though I've heard mixed reviews about these services, Secretclaims proved to be professional and effective. I've already recommended them to my friends. Four stars!

Perfect
I was surprised that we actually got the money back, we have never had such a claim before. I've heard a lot of bad things, that it's unnecessary to start, but it was a very positive disappointment. I'm glad I tried and my rights were asserted surprisingly quickly. I have already recommended you to my friends.

they are a joke
They don't even know what they are suppose to do.
On their site appears that my flight was delayed for 4 hours and their answer was that my flight delayed for less than 3 hours and i am not eligible for compensations.

Dear Ioana, your flight arrived at 7:53 PM, instead of 5:10 PM. The delay of your flight was 2 hours and 43 minutes. EU Regulation 261/2004, airlines are not required to provide monetary compensation for delays less than 3 hours. We wish you smoother and more punctual travels in the future.
