Wrong book followed by runaround
I ordered a book of photographs. I received a book about cooking with apples. When I contacted them they said that they had no record of my order. I have a credit card charge and the envelope with their shipping label. After five days of back and forth emails I gave up.

I still haven't received my books after a month into this, and there seems to be little care or concern from customer service stating that it could take up to 21 days. It's way past that now.
