Very fast delivery and great service!
I ordered a steamer from Second-Buy and was really impressed. The delivery was incredibly fast — I received it within just a few days via DHL. Really happy with my order! The item (an airfrier) arrived as it was described on the website, and the delivery was very fast. The item is totally new (only the package was slightly warned off) and I paid almost 50 percent less than it's normal price! I will definitely buy here again!

I placed an order for Elgato 4k60 I was second hand but I couldn’t care I was looking so long for this item so I bought it but then nothing happened so I reached out and got the message it will be on its way soon just after that a email arrives with your item has been shipped wow I was so happy but a day later I still had no tracking number so contact again this time they said we will look it up get back to you asap they send me in 3 min after that an email with sorry your order has been canceled!! Wow how’s that for service , so do i like this store no I am not convinced that it’s an ok store so for now they have some work do do to get things on the rails good luck with that !

I had been looking around for a Graphic Calculator, which preferably would be nearly brandnew.
On second-buy.nl I encountered the type I was interested in.
In the description on the website, only slightly damaged packaging was mentioned. The calculator itself and accessoires should be in excellent condition.
That apparently was correct: even the originally included batteries had nearly full capacity left.
Pricing was significantly below that which other websites charge for this product. Also, the questions I had about the calculator were answered swiftly, and delivery was soon after.
Content with my purchase.

Order 18844 has been returned over 1,5 months ago. Still waiting for refund! No answer to emails.
I am Never buying here again!

Bought a Roomba last year. When I received I found some defects which were not mentioned in the publication (the bin doesn´t lock properly meaning it fell off constantly when the Roomba was moving causing it to stop, and one of the metal connectors to the bin is broken)
Contacted the company though email to which they replied offering me to either return ir or get a compensation. I chose the compensation, but haven´t received it yet. They told me a few times through email they had done the partial refund but never got anything and they stopped replying at some point
