It is fake be careful
This is honestly the worst product I’ve ever used. I strongly suspect it may be fake because my skin condition became much worse after using it. Instead of helping, it caused severe irritation, redness, and discomfort. My skin reacted badly almost immediately, and the damage took days to calm down. I would not recommend this product to anyone, especially people with sensitive skin. Please be careful before purchasing.

Amazing product- results within days
Company: quick delivery, dispatch notification sent and linked with my Shop app so it was easy to check in to find out delivery times.
Product: I purchased for my husband’s birthday after seeing an advert via Instagram. He has suffered with dry flaky skin since puberty and has used Head and Shoulders on his scalp and expensive beard oils to keep the dryness at bay. We hadn’t ever heard of Seborrheic Dermatitis nor had anyone ever mentioned it as a cause for the flaky skin.
After seeing the advert for Seb skincare I went and did some external research and the signs all aligned with what he’d suffered from for years, so I decided to take a chance.
Within days of using the serum on his face and beard the skin had cleared and he no longer needs to go through a daily exfoliation routine. It had made him quite self conscious over the years and I lost count of how many times he wished there was something that worked.
I also purchased the balm which I reckon will be super helpful during winter months too.
The products smell great and work a treat and that makes them well worth the money knowing we don’t have to keep trying expensive oils, butters, balms etc.
Really chuffed with the outcome and glad I took a chance.

This is an update. This stuff is so good for me! I hope it is for whoever buys it. I’m not fake, I’m an honest near pensioner. Not paid, not coerced not anything except giving credit where credit is due.
I wrote a review not long after I purchased earlier this year . I’m writing again because this really can help you if you have had dandruff like symptoms and nothing works. I tried tallows, creams , prescription dermatology creams ,all sorts of shampoo and even olive oil.
This bottle of Seb drops is still brilliant . I used daily for a week on scalp, moustache, eyebrows and around nose. The flakiness I have hade for years disappeared. I only use every few days now really as a precaution and you only need a few drops.one bottle lasts ages! I can wear black/ dark clothes now😊 truly hope it works for anyone with “dandruff/flaky skin” - good luck if you have similar issues.

Long Term Testing!
I had already left a review of this product several months back (although I can't find it now). At the time I thought it had worked, warned people to be careful about getting the serum too close to the eyes (because it can sting) and that I wasn't sure if it had truly cured my problem although it had clearly alleviated the symptoms.
It is several months later and I am still on the last dregs of the 100ml bottle I purchased in September 2025. I have since bought the balm which I use around my eyes.
I probably used the serum almost daily until January (ish) this year (26) and then I started using it off and on. Now it's April and I tend to use the serum perhaps once per week. Usually this is just as a precaution. I do get the odd small flare up but NOTHING like before.
This stuff has basically cured a problem I had lived with for more than a decade which had gradually worsened and I was only able to soothe with creams. It has even fixed my dandruff problem when head and shoulders stopped working earlier this year!
I am leaving this new review because I am just thankful something has finally worked and whilst it might not fix every skin condition for everyone it is NOT a scam or placebo. I really didn't think it would work at all but it 100% does. Fantastic product.

Suffered with psoriasis for 25years on…
Suffered with psoriasis for 25years on my face, ive tried everything from cerave to vasaline and every moisture under the sun including medicated. Nothing really has worked. Ive seen seb a few times pop up on facebook and like many others thought the reviews looked to good, I took a punt and brought some, Well a week in and so far the skin on my face has never been so clear, not only is it not dry and flakey its not red and angry. Im not currently having a flair up, still its working wonders at the min. Will review again during a flare up so far so good. This will be a product for life if it controls my flair ups.

Not an online gimmick (like I assumed)
I kept seeing the adverts for Seb Skincare on social media and dismissed it as the reviews were too good and I just assumed it was another one of them online gimmicks. Well about 6 months passed and I was at my wits end with this extremely stubborn dry patch of skin all around my eyebrows and the dry, cracking soreness around my bottom lip and corners of mouth (massive insecurity of mine). No topical creams was working (fungus/antibiotic) I even put dandruff shampoo on my face every few days to combat it but nothing worked. So I caved and bought Seb and I’m bloody pleased I did! The serum (not tried the balm) in a week has made a massive difference- my lips are now not sore or cracked anymore (first time in YEARS) and I can start to confidently wear makeup again without the horrible dry patches under my foundation. I use it every morning and evening and it’s been a game changer. It’s about 80% cleared up now so by the end of 4 weeks I’m going to be glowing. Also, any residue on my hands I then run through my hair and I think it’s made it softer you know… anyway…. If you have exhausted all options give this a go, you may be surprised. Thanks Seb Skincare

Amazing customer service
Unfortunately, the product did not work for my face but I do have highly sensitive skin. I am not sure if I suffer from seb derm but I recently developed rash all over my face. I tried the oil and the balm. Both didn't give a burning sensation on my face like other creams and moisturisers do on first application but few hours later made my skin very itchy. So I immediately emailed them, got a reply after after 30 mins. Got an apology and instant full refund on both products. I've been reading here about poor customer service but my experience with them was very positive, swift and attentive. Even though the products didn't work for my face I applaud them for their great customer service. I guess for moisturisers and creams, it's really trial and error and finding what is good for your face. Also, the products do not stink as I read some reviews that say the smell is repulsive. The oil didn't smell of anything and the balm smelt a bit like tea tree. I truly believe the great reviews are real. These products probably work on some and for people like myself it doesn't.

Completely flake and red patch free on ny face and head after just a couple of weeks, only need to use a little bit of the ointment to maintain now. My legs are still a bit patchy but hopefully it will manage to clear that up too. Great product!

We got Seb serum for our 4 year old who seems to have got really dry scalp over the last couple months. It has definitely calmed the itch and we are hoping over a few weeks it will eliminate the dry scalp. Defo seems like a good product. Doesn't smell either.

Absolutely amazing product
Absolutely amazing product. I don't tend to splurge on skincare or cosmetics but I was at my wit's end trying to deal with flaky skin for the first time in my life. I had tried moisturising soaps, a soft exfoliating brush, Clinique's most intensive moisturiser, even using Head & Shoulders as face wash! Nothing was making a difference and I couldn't wear even the most dewy foundations with the grippiest moisturising primers without instant hideous dry patches. I can honestly say Seb Skincare's Natural Calming Serum works. Not only does it work, but it works from the very first use. I expected to have to use it several times a week for a few weeks but after just 3 days I have absolutely no flakiness on my forehead, cheeks, eyebrows, or hairline. This is an absolute wonder product and it smells divine. I noticed instant smooth skin which lasted until my next wash, not just the illusion of smooth skin for the first few minutes while it soaked in. My face is so soft and my skin is literally glowing. I can absolutely recommend Seb skincare. My husband has had shampoos, creams & tablets for his conditions. He has very dry, flaky & itchy areas on his back, ears, head & face. Been told it's excema, psoriasis & dermatitis. His head looked like ringworm, round & angry. Nothing has worked on all 3. I'm not kidding, his back is clear after 2 days as is his ears & face. I would have taken a before photo for proof but was so sceptical. Doctor's should recommend this treatment. We have only used a bit as you suck it up the pipette & straight on to area. We are so pleased, my husband especially as he found it embarrassing too.
