Staff answered the questions I had…

Staff answered the questions I had about the waterproof fabrics and the iron on heat tape. And were very helpful when I called to add some products to my already placed order. And the products I got were great

Too, too much

With tax, handling, packaging (plastic envelope) and shipping I paid a total of $14.65 for two $0.95 zipper sliders. It took 10 days from order to delivery. And then they were the wrong size (but that's on me 'cause I misread my micrometer).
They look like good sliders. I'll eventually find a use for them.

According to your invoice (Order #AB-153951), your total was $11.45, not $14.65. The breakdown was:

2 × YKK® #8 Double Black Sliders @ $0.95 each = $1.90

Processing & Handling = $4.00

USPS Ground Advantage Shipping = $5.55

Tax = $0.00

Total = $11.45

You selected United States Postal Service – Ground Advantage as your shipping method. This is an economy service, and delivery from Seattle to Freeport typically takes about a week in transit once shipped.

Your order was placed on 2/15 and shipped on 2/18. At checkout, you acknowledged that processing can take up to 2–4 business days, and your order shipped within that window. Delivery timing after shipment is determined by the carrier.

We completely understand that when ordering small items, the shipping and handling can exceed the cost of the product itself. However, our processing & handling charge covers order picking, packing materials, labor, credit card fees, and carrier costs. As a small business, we do not receive discounted “free shipping” rates, and we are unable to process and ship orders at a loss.

We do appreciate that you noted the sliders appear to be good quality, and we’re glad they will be useful to you. As you mentioned, the size selection was simply a measurement mix-up, which certainly happens.

I paid extra $10 I thought for to expedite shipping apparently I misunderstood that and it’s been eight days now since I ordered my product that I have not received it maybe I’m a little spoiled by Amazon‘s next day

Human customer service

When I ordered the fabric, I accidentally chose "store pick up" instead of a shipping option. When I called the store a HUMAN actually answered the phone and corrected my mistake immediately.
