Don't bother buying furniture from here. The delivery dates are unreasonable and if you will try to cancel it 1 week after the purchase they will charge you 50% of your initial payment even though your sofa will be delivered in 5 weeks. A big scam.

Purchased a sofa at their store in Alkmaar and got the wrong sofa delivered in 2 different colour tones. After 6 weeks of emailing -both to Alkmaar and central customer services- as well as phoning and a visit to the shop there is still zero response from them. Absolutely dreadful non-existent customer service. Pay the extra 10-20% elsewhere and get a bit of decency when something goes wrong.

Never buy from this chain of stores, especially in Alkmaar. The salesperson smiles, sells you a model for 3500 euros, and says delivery will be in 6-10 weeks, possibly even sooner. Then they silently put a small note indicating delivery in week 47, which means November, and there is nothing you can do about it. On the phone, they promised three times to call back but never did. We went to the store twice, and the salesperson literally ran away from us. They just stated that we should have read the contract. You won't be able to resolve any issue with them. In any other store, you will get much better service and faster delivery. With such lies and attitude, I no longer want their sofas on principle.

I ordered my sofa (order no 99121042) on 02/03/2023 and received a defective piece on 24/05/2023. We returned it immediately and were told we will get either a repaired or new sofa in 6-8 weeks.
Neither has happened and whenever we call the store we're told they'll contact the supplier and let us know. We've been calling for 3 weeks with no information. It's been 6 months since we first ordered and 14 weeks since the sofa has been returned.
This has been the worst experience buying a sofa and advice people not to buy from this store in order not to go through this horrible experience.

This store does not even deserve 1 star.
Like the previous review on Google by another customer, the service sucks! When we ordered this couch, they were super friendly and pushing by sales. They will try to trick you to buy by putting price down on the spot and if you leave to check other places, the offer will be gone.
And after you agreed to order and did the payment, you will need to arrange all by yourselves with transport as they will not take care of the delivery or cover for it.
We found there was a manufacturing issue after we assembled the couch together last week and reported about this immediately. Looks like no one is doing a quality check after producing.
The only response we got was that we must bring the couch back to the store or if S&S arrange this, we will need to pay extra cost for pick-up and redelivery.
Spoke to Petra store manager and I would advice her to change to another job as she does not suit in this position. Unfriendly and unhelpful. Don't know anything about what customer service is and only talking about policy when this is a mistake by the company with a brand new product. 😡😠🤬😡We paid over 1000€ and they want their customer to pay more for their mistake.
We really regret buying from this store.
Sent an email to officially complain, so let's see when we will receive a response.
If you want a quality couch and good customer service, this is not the place, go somewhere else.

I purchased a couch on 21 April and was promised that it would be delivered by 30 May at the latest.
In June, I went to their store twice to get an update, which they simply told me they are not able to give me a new delivery date, that's it. That's why I cancelled my order on my second visit there which happened 2 weeks ago, and today I called them to get an update on my refund.
Surprisingly they picked up the phone for the first time! And they told me they are not aware of any cancellations in their system and added I need to pay for a cancellation fee! For a couch they don't know when they can deliver!:)
They have the worst client management I have ever seen, do not buy from here, you can find something better for similar price!

I have placed the order on March 3,23 and I have been doing follow up for delivery since then, it’s been more than 3 months and now they say it will arrive in July 23.literally 4 months to get a sofa delivery.
Also the prices which they advertise in their website is different than the actual cost. If you go to the shop the prices are triple than what’s mentioned in the website. The reason they mentioned for that is the quality of material.
The customer service is only good at the time of placing the order, once you have paid money they never answer the calls and you can’t even cancel the order as they ask you to pay 30% of the amount as cancellation fees but there are no repercussions for the delay from their side.
I am literally in a helpless condition now.

Good service in the shop up until it comes to paying and collection. We paid in full, paid a delivery person to collect and then got told it takes 2 days for them to see the payment and admin dept was closed.We had to pay this delivery person twice to collect and this after the shop confirmed our couches are ready for collection, it was already arranged that we were collecting on the Saturday,they refused to deliver after their own mistake!!!!
