Good experience.

Seconded time I've booked with Seascanner, both times I've had a good experience. Best price I could find & the booking experience was very easy. After one booking I needed to contact customer services who were very helpful and resolved my query straight away. So far so good will definitely keep them in mind for my next cruise.

Thoroughly recommend Seascanner my 'go to' cruise specialist

This is my 'go to' cruise specialist offering the widest choice at the best prices and a very customer friendly website. Price match was honoured

It was a very easy booking process with a great price. I was able to find our cruise slightly cheaper the day after booking and Seascanner matched this price. Very good customer service from Maisie!

Fab customer service and competitive prices

I've just booked another cruise through Seascanner, we do so every year and are very happy with their competitive prices and ease of booking, not to mention reliability which is so important when you book such a costly holiday through a thirds party. I don't normally leave reviews but for this particular booking I needed help from customer service to add our newborn baby and although there's no number to call when desperate for help, Aimee was very prompt over emails and has been fantastic and super professional, assisted me relentlessly and most importantly kindly in liaising with the cruiseliner and honour our request. Thanks Aimee and Seascanner!!

getting in touch

Whenever I have got in touch with Seascanner (Naomi) she has been most helpful and guided our next step. I was worried but so far our holiday is coming together when travelling with a wheel chair.

I called Seascanner as my cruise…had dropped in price.

I called Seascanner as my cruise dropped in price massively and I know NCL allow you one price change.
I spoke with Liz who then contacted NCL and managed to get my price change put through.
Liz was absolutely fantastic she was so polite and kind on the phone and through emails. She kept me updated throughout the process and got me my refund of over £1000. Would definitely recommend and if I had any issues again I would ask for Liz.

Use the live chat!

Trying to book through the website didn’t work, but I used the live chat facility and completed my booking. A representative called Angelina helped and it was all booked in a matter of minutes. Fab service!

I booked a cruise on 7th May 2026 and paid the deposit on the same day. The cruise is for May 2028.
I’ve just had an email to say you’ve cancelled it as it wasn’t confirmed.
Deposit paid what mire confirmation do you need?
