Poor Work and Purposely Misleading No Lock-in Contracts
I signed up for the Expand package ($299/week plus a $799 setup fee) after being clearly told there were no lock-in contracts and I could cancel anytime. Both are still listed as features on every pricing tier of the website, so I had no reason to question it at the time.
Unfortunately, the service struggled from the start. Onboarding was never properly completed in the first couple of weeks, communication from my assigned contact became inconsistent early on, and I was transitioned to a different team member without a clear handover. A number of emails went unanswered throughout the engagement.
In terms of what was actually delivered: of two marketing channels promised, only Meta was set up, with one campaign created out of a promised six. I never received access to the results dashboard, which was listed as a package inclusion, and no landing pages were built despite up to three being advertised. Six ad designs were eventually delivered, though they arrived after I had already reached out to discuss cancellation. The SEO component — shown as included in the package when I signed up — was later acknowledged by the team as something they were responsible for, with email correspondence indicating the work was being completed, though it was ultimately never done.
When I raised these concerns, a credit was applied to acknowledge the shortfalls — but the service did not improve from there.
When I went to cancel, I was told a notice period applied. This was not raised at any point during signup and is difficult to reconcile with the "Cancel Anytime Policy" and "No Lock in Contracts" that are explicitly listed as features of the package I purchased.
I'd encourage anyone considering this service to get a clear picture of deliverables, timelines, and cancellation terms in writing before signing up.
