Search Atlas has been an amazing tool for our company. We have been able to accomplish 5 times the amount of work in a fraction of the time and a fraction of the human resources.
We are moving all our SEO work over to Search Atlas and we are extremely happy with the results.

I signed up for a 7 day FREE trial but they charged my account straight away.
4 days in I was actually able to get onto a training call and realised the platform was crap so went to cancel the trial and found I'd be charged.
FINALLY found a contact for support and they tell me they can't refund the charge because it was outside their 72 hour cancellation window.
Absolutely no understanding of the situation and refused to refund my money.
These guys are crooks.

Search Atlas has been amazing. I'm getting more SEO done than I was previously doing with all clients in a single day! What used to take hundreds of hours in the month is now being done in days. The customer support is also very helpful for any issue I run into. Needless to say I'm very happy with the experience so far and I've only been using it for a couple weeks. Thanks!

I'll be honest, I was skeptical. We'd been through enough platform switches to know that the gap between a demo and actual daily use is usually massive. But three months in and I'm genuinely surprised by how much has shifted in how we work.
The thing that got me first was the AI visibility side. I've been in search long enough to know that what's happening with LLMs and how brands show up inside AI generated answers is not a small shift, it's a fundamental one. For the first time I actually have data on it. Real data I can bring to leadership and say here is where we stand, here is what changed, here is what we're doing about it. That conversation didn't exist before March.
The execution side caught up to me a bit slower but it's been just as meaningful. Things that used to require coordinating across multiple tools and multiple people are just happening now. I don't know how else to describe it without sounding like a brochure so I'll just say the week to week feel of running search strategy is lighter than it was.
We're not done figuring out everything the platform can do, probably won't be for a while. But that's not a complaint. It means there's more to find.
If you're in a role where AI search is becoming part of what you're responsible for and you don't have proper tooling around it yet, that gap is worth closing sooner than later.

The results that I have received using Search Atlas and OTTO have been game changing for my business with ranking local websites. Customer service and support is great too.

I've been using Search Atlas for a while now, and, like any other company actively growing, there have been speed bumps along the way. However, I am incredibly pleased with the capabilities of the Search Atlas tools as well as their increasing research and Knowledge that the Search Atlas team has and integrates into the system. I cannot describe how this tool and system have helped a smaller agency like mine handle the workload of SEO. I would highly recommend using Search Atlas, no matter the size of your agency or company.

Very advanced tool, requires time and attention to get it set up properly, very much worth it.

I don't even know what I'd do without Search Atlas. It replaced SEMRush and adding a ton of capability opening new possibilities for my marketing agency. Love it. Only issue is, there seems to be a lot of downtime/bugs due to dependency on AI systems that have problems. But when it works, there's nothing like it!

I've been really impressed with the customer service at Search Atlas. Whenever I've had a question or run into something I couldn't sort out myself, the team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful — not the canned, copy-paste answers you get from a lot of SaaS support. They took the time to understand what I was trying to do and walked me through it until it was actually resolved. It makes a big difference using a platform where you know support has your back. Highly recommend.

1 Star is too much. These scam artists first charged me $117 for a service that they did not provide. It took jumping through many hoops and a week of back and forth but i finally got my refund. Now over a month later, they randomly charge me $199, which i'm now disputing with my bank because this company has no email. You have to use chat to speak with them and right now it says they'll reply within a day....through CHAT.
EDIT: They made it right overall and didn't fight me on the refund. But the process can feel like pulling teeth and it's for a transaction that shouldn't have happened at all. I changed my 1 star to 3 because they did correct the issue and I don't think they're actual scam artists. That said, I still wouldn't do business with them in the future.

Matt from tech support fixed my issue quickly. Thank you.

Constant issues that take days to rectify. Nobody to speak with by phone. Chat support is not up to par and often doesn't respond for hours or days and then back and forth for several more days.
Escalated support is equally as bad. I see the benefits of what they offer but can't seem to have them adequately work towards providing what they promise. If only there weren't so many bugs and glitches.

VERY difficult to get correct support. Constant issues which take days to rectify. When it works its "good"- but probably only works smoothly 40% of the time. Support by chat only which is beyond frustrating. Keep getting assurances that things will be rectified but after a couple of months still nothing.

I have been a Search Atlas customer for almost a year now. I am not a bot or paid spokes person - a real customer who has worked with the software, used it, worked with the team, and also navigated refunds.
I started with one client, and now I manage four clients using the app and platform. Despite using other SEO tools, Search Atlas has delivered real results for my clients across both SEO, GBP, and LLM visibility.
This lead to me ditching other tools 6 months ago, and focusing only on using Search Atlas.
In the past months, I have had clients tell me they received calls and sales through ChatGPT, GBP, and the Google work we’ve done using the platform.
There was definitely a BIG learning curve, as there is with any software, but what originally drew me to Search Atlas was that tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush were expensive for a boutique agency.
I was also frustrated that those tools would tell you what the issue was, but you still had to go and fix it yourself.
With Search Atlas, the software can actually go in and help make the changes for you. Not to mention, once I attended two of their free weekly training sessions, I learned everything I was doing wrong, and what I had to do to make the software dialed in so it could do it right.
Are there bugs at times? Yes, here and there. But I’ve found that when you’re able to connect with their team, they are always beyond helpful. The majority of these were resolved, or simply, I just pivoted if one feature wasn't working correctly to focus more effort and energy into the ones that were working - and it really made a difference.
Their technical team is incredible with assistance, despite being slammed and always busy.
Matt has personally spent hours helping me optimize my website speed and work through issues that were well above and beyond his job description. The team genuinely wants people to understand the software, use it properly, and succeed online.
Is the software perfect and completely glitch-free? No. But that’s also because they are constantly adding features, improving the platform, and expanding what it can do. When you contact their team, they do help you.
Even when I had double-payment issues, they refunded me immediately.
For the price, the capabilities, the playbooks, the monthly trainings, and the way they showcase how to properly set up and use the software, it is absolutely worth the investment.
As a solo agency director and owner, I have been learning with this software while also using it to solve real problems for clients. More importantly, it has helped create real results — not just impressions, but calls, sales, and bookings, which is what actually matters to business owners.
To everyone bashing the software and the team: you may not have had the patience to get the software working correctly, or you may not have been willing to give the team enough time to properly work with you, so you could experience what many of us are experiencing. And that’s okay.
If someone can’t get it going or isn’t willing to stay with it long enough to get it dialed in correctly, then it leaves more opportunity for those of us who are.
Every great innovation doesn’t start out perfect. I’ve worked in and around software for over 15 years, so I understand something many people don’t: the gold is in the implementation and execution, not just the sale and the promise.
I have been patient working with the software because it has gotten real results for my clients. For me, ROI matters more than something being fast and easy, especially if the tradeoff is weaker results.
I made this review because I know when I use software, I actually want to hear from people who have used it, if they got results, and if it works.
I also saw a ton of people bashing the app and the team - when I honestly have had the exact opposite experience.
I would say for the small investment, give it a try and really show up so that you know how to use the Knowledge Vault, to get everything set up properly.
You just might be surprised how an investment in an AI SEO tool, with a supportive community of like-minded people, actually is the difference between surviving and thriving during the AI revolution.

Their seller-side support is terrible for the sellers, on their publication media platform (owned and managed by Search Atlas, they are not paying the publishers for months. and their support takes days to send the same repeated answer (without even reading the messages)

I tried cancelling numerous times - through emails, the website, even a contact with the CEO on LinkedIn. They still sent an invoice. It doesn't feel like the kind of company that listens to its customers, unfortunately.
