I had a hiccup when a new plugin and my server both decided not to play nicely with S&F. Instead of passing the buck, the S&F team knew exactly which questions to ask so that they could figure out how to fix my problem and had me back up and running within minutes.

Excellent and complex plugin to use when a WP filter is needed. The product itself offers a lot of possibilities and while it is a bit complicated to understand at first, it becomes easy to understand after a few tests. The customer service has been fast, extensive and excellent. I can easily recommend this company and their plugins.

Great product, perfect documentation with even better and helpful support that helps you to get your search & filters just right! Search&Fiter is my first choice when I need some in-depth filtering that might need to change and neither I nor my client has the budget to code it from scratch.
