Trevor at Search & Filter replied very quickly to my request for help, even though it was a week-end. I needed help about an update that wouldn't work because I had cloned my site and Trevor swiftly realised I had not updated the licence.

Absolutely great value!
Absolutely great value!! My clients love getting all the functionality without custom code (so they can change everything later) and it saves me a ton of time. Spotted a minor irregularity and Trevor immediately fixed my problem, even suggesting related improvements to my website. Great work man, I would have no problem paying double in the future.

Great plugin with fast and concise support.
I had been having issues with displaying my posts in a certain way, Search & Filter delivers exactly what I need. Was unsure on how to do a few things so contacted support and their response was fast and accurate.

Search & Filter is mandatory when it comes to adding a reliable filter to your WordPress website or WooCommerce store. Not only is the plugin mature and is very customizable that no wishes remain open, also the support with Trevor is unique if you ever face a challenge.

Alright backend - horrible styling options
It's an easy to setup pluginn, and there are a good amount of How To's to help set it up the way you wan't backend wise. That being said it is an absolute nightmare to try to style the UI. Very bulky, and even on the support site, it says you probably have to hire a coder, to get it to look good. I'm not a hardcore coder, and it's been an absolute headache to adjust the styling to anything near I wan't.
Great support though!

I see you updated your review to include the difficulties you've had with styling - which we totally agree with - right now styling is left fairly natural so that it will integrate with your theme better (providing they provide styling for form controls) + the alternative currently is to use custom CSS.
However, starting with S&F 3.0 (due in a couple of months), we are adding design + styling options to our admin UI, so hopefully you should be able to add your own stying with ease in not too long.
Thanks again for the feedback, it's always good to know what our plugin is doing right + wrong.
