After dealing with recruitment agencies for over 20 years I knew when Luke contacted me Searchabilty were completely different when speaking to him. There is real understanding of what the client is looking for and how a candidate would be suitable which is a massive difference between normal agencies who try to place you into a role based on a few skills listed on your CV.
Luke was my main point of contact and was fantastic throughout the entire recruitment process providing ongoing support and advice and always checking in with me regularly. I must also mention Kelly who has also been incredibly supportive.
Searchabilty are highly recommended as it feels that all team members were invested in me personally and wanted to see me succeed.
