I had high hopes based on the sales rep's pitch...
I had high hopes based on the details my sales rep, Tim gave me, but was quickly disappointed at the lead quality. Bad phone numbers and email addresses, and mostly people that were not really interested in getting information, or who had bad credit and couldn't buy. I have had a high level of success with Zillow over the past 3 years because my lead follow up and conversion systems are very solid so it wasn't due to that. I decided to give it another month after discussing the results with my rep, since I understand you have to give these platforms time to work. I had the same experience. 70+ leads later and no serious buyers. I decided that I wasn't going to renew for a 3rd month and expected my rep to check in before the 3rd month renewal like he did the previous month. I was automatically billed for the 3rd month without talking to me first, as he set the precedent for the previous month. I was basically told it was too bad I should have been more proactive in cancelling. Maybe my bad I shouldn't have trusted my rep, but more importantly than that the lead quality is very poor.
