Excellent people from Margaret who answered my (I'm sure unusual) email requesting who they used for their deliveries in my area?
To the driver who brought the freezer, when they said they would.
Fair value, excellent service and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
And no, they knew nothing about
the debacle with Euronics (see my reviews under Euronics Ireland and Euronics UK) and their utterly appalling, incompetent (in my delivery at least) couriers Caulfields.
Worst ever.
Never got my delivery and I kept calling no answer ,so am going to get my money back through PayPal.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
Purchased an ipad in 2017 and was sold the extended warranty until 2024 from a third party company for an extra €150. Was told that it was to cover for ANY eventuality. Well the cover was sold to me as "whatever happens" so that kind of tells you that it would cover ANYTHING. Anyway last month my son broke the screen and I contacted the insurance company and am still (approx. 4-5 Weeks later) waiting for them to reply to several emails or answer a call. I checked the insurance companies Trust pilot reviews and it is actually disgraceful. How Sean Hennessy can be using such a dodgy, robbing, incompetent company for their product warranties is actually beyond me. I also went onto Sean Hennessy site and had a look at the cover they provide and they have it advertised as "whatever happens" but then it states "not for accidental damage". Are they actually having a laugh? That is one of the main reasons I purchase extended warranty for ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE. Also the store assistant sold the extended warranty to me as accidental damage cover.
I have now had to pay for screen repair myself and will never return to Sean Hennessy again.
