I’m not one to use harsh words, but this was definitely a scam.
The advertisement probably used stolen pictures from the original creators. Needless to say I received a low quality item that only slightly resembles the picture. The packaging alone raised red flags, and the plush sealed the deal- drop shipping from china for double the price.
At least it didn’t smell horrible…
TLDR; overpriced dropped shipped.

Haven’t received products ordered months ago and no longer getting any responses or answers.

Payed 350 for pillows, Fluffy Seal Pillow, no one received.
No communication from them.
They just took my money!!

Ordered in July, but did not receive any shipment till now. Request via email were not answered after an initial answer which provided a tracking number that was expired. Contact page and contact information has been removed from the SealBabies company website

I equally have had the same problem as everyone else. I Wish I had read these reviews before I bought. I ordered it in November as a Christmas present for my son. I’ve tried a few times to contact the company but the emails bounce back. I will take it up with PayPal and I’m sure I’ll have my money back I’m just so disappointed my son won’t have the gift he asked for.

As an internationally operating e-commerce business, it’s beyond crucial that the business and staff within it remain in contact with their consumers when they have demands, problems, or queries of any kind.
I ordered a seal baby for a families birthday, however, after over 2 months, the item has not yet come. I have attempted to contact the business and have been left with no response. Recently opened a dispute with PayPal so I will get my money back soon.
In my opinion (and many others experience), this is a highly fraudulent business and is not only deceptive, unprofessional, but it also exhibits a lack of respect for it’s consumers and general society. If I purchase from a business, I expect to be supported and assisted to ensure that I as a consumer have my demands met. As the business has not only failed to do this, but has also failed to comply with basic communication standards as I have been left standing on my own two feet attempting to handle these problems.
Do not buy unless you aren’t expecting a product to come in the mail.
This business fails meet basic requirements.
I am beyond disappointed.

I wanted to give this no stars but had to select at least one to write the review. It should be zero as we never received the product and never had replies to requests for an update or a refund. What a scam. Avoid!!

The product never arrived, customer support first just said it's a shipping delay due to corona, but then ignored me completely. I contacted PayPal to get my money back. Sealsbabies then lied to them about a delivery receipt, so I needed to contact PayPal again because nothing has arrived. Finally, after months I could get my money back, but just because of PayPal, the Sealsbabies customer support never answered!

First things first.. What the hell instagram, why are you advertising companies that are stealing people's money.
Like all the other reviews.. You will never receive the product you ordered and don't ever expect A reply from them.

It is a toltal scam, don't buy because you will just loose your money

Over three months late AND I am sorry, the quality is shocking. I could have drawn a better seal on a literal dog poo and it would have looked better.

It’s also not made clear it’s from China. Untrustworthy, scam scam scam.

Paid, waited 4 months hearing all possible excuses about how COVID19 impacted the delivery times and then it was never delivered. A COMPLETE SCAM.

I payed £29.99 for a seal which was only 28cm long! The photo on the web site shows it like a cushion. It is very bad quality, poor stitching, which is obviously not going to last long.
It took 15 WEEKS to arrive!
I wrote many emails for the company to correctly read what I was writing and reply correctly. I eventually agreed to (what I thought was a full) a refund. I was given ONLY £9 back. So it cost me £20.99. I then looked on the web site and find that the size I received should have only been £12. I AM SO ANGRY. Bad company
