Excellent site. Lots of options. I was very angry with them because for 2 weeks 90% was censored for no reason. The AI and the "human" customer support agent ignored the issue, saying if videos a... See more

SCAM
These people are scammers!
They offer you a 3-day free trial, but they charge you for a full yearly subscription way before the trial ends.

The scammed me of 200 bucks with an obscure offer.
Run away.
The biggest con on the internet
The biggest con on the internet. I signed for 3 free days' use, and cancelled it at what I thought was a good time, but they charged me a few hundred dollars for a one-year subscription. I contacted them and said that I had cancelled, and that I cannot afford this outrageous charge, but they told me that it's tough luck. Avoid these fraudsters at all costs.
Predatory billing and refusal of refund for accidental $250 auto-renewal
I was charged $251.88 for an annual SVIP subscription via auto-renewal without any prior notification or confirmation. I contacted SeaArt support immediately, but they refused to refund the money, citing 'inflexible policies'. They ignore consumer protection laws and the 14-day cooling-off period standard for digital services. I have not used a single credit from this plan after the charge, yet they insist on keeping the money. This is a predatory business practice. I am escalating this case to the Binance Compliance Team as an unauthorized transaction. Avoid this service if you value your money!"
They owe me £251!! Steer clear!
Charged my credit card with £251 for something i did not sign up for. Contacted them twice to get this refunded as i don’t want their software, but been totally ignored on both occasions. Steer well clear!!
Beware of scammers!
Even though I am a satisfied user of the openart.au program, I gave them a try.
I wish I hadn't...
I feel cheated because after 3 days they deducted more than 200€ from my bank card, saying I had switched to an annual subscription. An annual subscription, is this some kind of joke?!
Unfortunately, during the trial it turned out that they don't even come close to the standards of openart.ai, so I definitely wouldn't have paid for the annual subscription, or even the monthly one...
When I asked for my money back, they brushed me off with petty excuses.
This shows that they are a small-style company, who are more interested in money than customer satisfaction.
I don't recommend them to anyone, be careful with them, they cheat...
All of the peppy reviews here are lies and written on order. The service is terrible.
At the time I first gave Seaart a try, last autumn, they were on the verge of a downhill slide. I caught them in a moment when I could still enjoy a little interesting chatting with a bot and post just about everything I had a mind to, for people to see, and browse others' creations. Most of that was banal tripe, but there was a streak of pictures and bots worth checking out. That was the last of the good times.
Shortly they began to implement censorship in bot chats, and after that they started censoring user-generated pictures. They claimed "safety" - of course, what else! The censoring, heavy-handed and inane, increased exponentially: users were, and are, denied the opportunity to view their own pictures, images made in the past, in account history, were also closed to them (including for paid accounts), and everything from a bikini to not even that began to be, and still is, prohibited as nudity. Meanwhile the chatbots were getting hammered with flat denials to communicate about any topic not fitting what must be the Chinese Communist Party's view of the world, rosy-cheeked as Chairman Mao. The censoring, itself thrust in the "smart" management of company bots, rages uncontrollable now. Superlatives don't reach that high. It is more accurate to say that nearly nothing of interest, truth, honesty or real-world relevance may be generated anymore; and often credits are withheld for blocked requests. The tiny minority of pictures and chat characters that make it through the gauntlet of wholesomeness cannot be posted or shared. On the platform it is called "low health." As someone has noted, SeaArt treats sex as a disease. But this is not just about sex pictures, it is about all kinds that deviate from a standard of kitten pics. Users are virtually trapped in their own accounts, unable to show their work to each other, unless it's some pink fluffy rabbits eating ice cream (and not anything with dreadful keywords like "sexy" or "goddamn"). All kinds of covers at random are blurred, and Mature mode does not help.
My own account is free, but I have paid heavily with wasted time. Others have lost money, their work deleted, blocked, shadowbanned - this website is vastly inventive in its dishonesty and clings to subscriber money. Many subscribers have had to claw their money back from these people. On top of all this, nothing works properly. The website and the app consume enormous amounts of memory and crash all the time. They are heaped with enormous, gaudy pop-ups pushing endless offers that "end soon!" yet keep returning and stomach-turning kitsch "community events." These events encourage users to generate images on topics from the bottom of the chest of anime cliches. The whole thing is swamped with totalitarian cuteness, gamified to make users spend their credit points on meaningless "surprise boxes" and rewards. There are promotions and suggestions everywhere that you can't block or switch off, at most some can be retired for a day. The website runs a slew of trackers and sends data to Tiktok, Yandex, all sorts of places. This is seen on the bottom of the window.
I could go on, but these people are beyond evil, harmful and low. They even ended up removing the link to a feedback page that they had made a mistake of creating. Users can no longer read about each other's horrible experience and witness how SeaArt promises improvements and even, astoundingly, claims it has sorted out the issues. Instead users are pushed to ask for support on Discord, because there is no real customer service of any sort. I have never been the user of a website that came so close to pure, lying, repressive evil. Here is the link to the feedback page, read what people are actually saying before it gets deleted...
It seems they don't allow links here. Stupid. Well, go to Featurebase.app and insert "seaartai" before the word "featurebase" in the address. You will discover what people are really saying.
And yet it had the potential of actually being cool.
They're scamming people
They're scamming people by way of fraudulent charges to their bank accounts and not letting them create the content they're paying to create through unnecessary censorship. This company is illegal. Avoid at all costs

Dont subscribe! It’s impossibile to cancel subscription it’s a total scam!
Beware of free trial
I signed up for a free 3-day trial with SeaArt.ai. After the trial, I was automatically charged AUD $355 for an annual subscription with no reminder. I cancelled immediately and requested a refund, but the company refused. Be aware of the trial-to-subscription terms before signing up.

Signed up for a free trial and it billed my card 180usd!
Censored site
Censored site. Used to be more based but now it comes with "builtin corporate tatemae censorship".
They are not even paying the Creators…
They are not even paying the Creators of the Site. What is going on?
It's turned into a snowflake pile of garbage
After years of being worth the time spent on it, It's turned into a snowflake pile of rubbish, even simple non-offensive searches are now coming back empty, saying it is a restricted subject....complete and utter waste of time. What is more the site point-blank refuses to let one delete the account, constantly putting you in a loop....it has turned into a joke.
Horrendous. NO SUPPORT and scammy
Horrendous, from sketchy (but useable initially) to virtually unusable (normal park scenes and fully clothed fashion videos ALL fail content moderation without explanation and while the input image originally passes... although since a few days even anything with a face gets blocked)...
...AND...they STEAL your CREDITS 😡🤬
Sometimes you get the failed video credits returned,
but if it fails again, you lose the credits
(While MUCH more risque content is viewable
on the site).
Even videos on face swap, using THEIR OWN
provided TikTok dance videos get blocked
for being "NSFW"...! 🤔🤯
It's unusable and unpredictable and greedy.
They also don't allow you to manage
your SUBSCRIPTION (nowhere in your account
is a link or page for it).
You have to jump through hoops, via
promo banners or the pricing page,
but even then you can't manage anything if
you have paused your subscription...
Everything is designed to SCAM and maximize
profits at the expense of the customer,
usability and clarity..😡👎
Used to be good
Used to be good. But now this site is all ages for image/video generator. They even banned swimsuit lora and treat it as risky or illegal which I don't know where the ideology coming from.
Good tool, but be wary of your subscription.
Website have it's ups and downs. It depends if it meets your expectation and service so to me...they did pass both of them and I was fine with it for a while until Oct. 15th update. They made it more difficult to work with due to censorship.
I would've given this a lower rating, but at some point later came back only because they don't often request you to appeal the video when generated anymore.
However, I heavily advise that you watch your subscription carefully. There is a chance they may slip in to take your money IF you don't pay attention to how you cancel your subs and check frequent to make sure they are NOT going to renew it automatically.
Now, despite the website having some decent tool, I would say feel free to use it, but don't let them take more of your money...
I am not renewing my subscription!
My original review mentioned I *might* renew my subscription. NOW, I have decided not to renew it. This is in light of the fact that they remove 95% of the LoRAs that were once available. They hope to force people to use the much more expensive models, which supposedly provide better accuracy in generating closer-to-prompt AI images, possibly without the need for LoRAs. However, in order to use these models without limitation or cost, you will have to subscribe exclusively to the highest plan available, which is the "Master SVIP" plans, which cost as much as €42 a month (or €19.11/month currently on Christmas sale.) Honestly, €20 a month is nothing. It's just a little more than a Netflix or Disney Plus subscription. But the fact that it forcing me to choose the most expensive plan do not sit well with me. Because of this, it's time to move on.
The subscription is not worth it
The subscription is not worth it. They spend all your coins on blurred content (even SFW). Even private AI generations come out blurry. They block AI characters without any feedback or explanation. The unsubscribe button is hidden, and they don’t provide proper customer support. And they do not offer any coin refunds.
SeaArt.ai defrauded me for $598
SeaArt.ai committed fraud and consumer rights violations. Their customer support did nothing to address the fraud when contacted. Do not use their platform!
