Amazing products
I have been ordering from sea essence since September 2025 and I have to say their customer service / products are outstanding .
I have suffered from dark scars on my cheeks from acne for several years . Having tried multiple products with no success ; I thought I had exhausted all my options . I reached out to sea essence they guided me to which products to use ( hyperpigmentation soap turmeric sea moss soap ) since then I have not looked back.
They were extremely honest in telling me that it would take some time to see a difference , however I was consistent with use , and have noticed a HUGE change in the appearance of the scars .
I take pictures of the progress so I can see for myself and feel genuinely better within my skin !!!
I am looking forward to the launch of their new body butter product.
I highly recommend sea essence not just for their products but for their outstanding customer service

I’ve been a customer of Sea Essence for over two years now, and my experience has consistently been excellent. Their products have always been high quality, and I’ve never had any issues until very recently.
What really stood out to me was how they handled my concern. As soon as I reached out, their team responded promptly, professionally, and with genuine care. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.
It’s rare to find a company that not only delivers great products but also stands by their customers when something goes wrong. Because of how well they handled things, I feel even more confident continuing to support them.

No Sea Moss in the bag
The product was water and pulp no Sea moss. Emailed customer service and received no reply. I've bought this many times do i know what it should be like. I've cancelled my subscription.
One Month Later – Delayed Delivery, Damaged Goods, Missing Items, Poor Communication and Still No Refund
I placed an order on 4th February and the entire experience has been a nightmare.
After chasing my delivery for two weeks with no clear updates, I emailed to complain and request a refund. I then received a call from the company explaining there were delays due to new product packaging. I made it clear that customers should have been informed directly via email or text, especially after two weeks of silence. I was told they had posted updates on Instagram and Facebook. However, not everyone uses social media, and temporary 24-hour status updates are not an adequate substitute for direct customer communication.
I was then told the parcel would be dispatched that same day (Monday 16th February) and would arrive the following day. It was not dispatched that day and did not arrive on Tuesday as promised.
When the parcel finally arrived, it was in a terrible condition. The sea moss had leaked throughout the package, the soap was broken, and items were missing entirely.
Customer service has been extremely disappointing. Despite admitting responsibility and acknowledging the damage after I sent photographs, they have spent weeks avoiding my request for a refund. Instead, they repeatedly pushed a replacement, even after I made it clear I no longer trusted their service and did not want one.
I have repeatedly requested a prepaid return label so I can send the damaged goods back and receive a full refund. Each time I am told they will provide an update “shortly,” and then they go silent for days.
It has now been a full month since they took my money and I am still fighting for a refund. During this time, I have received deliveries from the US and China without issue, yet this UK-based company has been unable to provide a basic, reliable service.
Broken promises, poor communication, damaged goods, missing items, and no refund after a month. Absolutely appalling.
Avoid this company if you value your time and money.

Is this company genuine or a scam? I ordered 5 soaps and a sponge but only received 1 soap. Order status says delivered which is incorrect as several items are missing .Very disappointed! Beware!!

First of all, I never received my order. I sent an email last Sunday and received a reply stating that the order would be resent and that I’d get a new tracking number — but that never happened. I then sent another email asking for an update and mentioned that if you’re unable to fulfill your part, I’d like a refund. So far, I haven’t received any response.

Amazing customer service! I'm so happy with the sea moss and soap; I cant wait to see the incredible results! Beforehand, I had trouble receiving my package and contacted customer service immediately. They responded quickly and sent me another order free of charge. When I used the Turmeric bar soap I was not expecting much as a male with dark skin tone. However I was amazed at how well it worked with my skin but also left it feeling & looking bright. The best part was that it didn’t leave my skin feeling dry either.

It's day one for me using the product, and I can already see a slight difference in my skin's pores. My face, which has open pores, is refining and starting to look smoother. However, I am very disappointed with the seller’s promotion, as it is misleading. I ordered three different soaps, believing that I would receive the third one for free. The advertisement on their website did not clearly communicate this offer, leading me to think I was getting two additional soaps for the price of one.
Instead, customer service offered a partial and unsatisfactory resolution, suggesting that I buy another soap to qualify for the free third item. This means I would end up paying more for delivery, since I already paid £3.50 for my last order.
