What always makes the difference to customers is their experience and interaction with Customer Service at any business when the need arises.

When ordering a replacement wheel for my 2015 Corvette, I needed just one wheel and one remote tire pressure sensor. When placing the remote sensor in the online shopping card, it wouldn't let me select just one sensor, it always defaulted to a set of four. I called their customer service and Greg, Sales Rep, was there to help. Told him the problem and asked how I could just order one. He said, "No Problem" and did it for me and I didn't have to go back online.

Greg followed up with a total revised quote and sent it immediately to my email. All I had to do is select the quote and place my order. The Wheel arrived in a couple of days with free shipping.....fast service for sure.

As a follow up, I didn't need the replacement sensor as the tire mounting company was able to save and transfer the original sensor to the new wheel. I called customer service again asking what I could do about sending the unused new part back for a refund. Customer Service this time, and got a different Sales Person, this time Tiffany was able to use my invoice # and credit my payment with a subsequent email confirming.

The refund was in my account the next day and I shipped the unused part back. Each time your Customer Service Person solved the customer's problem quickly, and correctly. I am an "Old School Guy" and this is how Customer Service used to be. Keep up the great work, I have told my friends of the experience and they will be looking your way in the future.

My tires and wheels arrived 2 days early and were perfectly balanced! I would highly recommend their service and products!

When I placed my order for wheels and tires, the delivery date was march 3rd, when the order was finalized, the date changed to the 16th, I called customer service, worked with them, they got my order out in time to reach me on my day off, beautiful. The product is great, it transformed the look of my c7. I’ve gotten great compliments from coworkers and strangers on the way the wheels and tires upgraded my car. I will definitely recommend SD wheels to family and friends.

Try using one of the electric chargers on the side of the building. There’s a sign that clearly states that electric vehicles are only allowed to use them. I decided to use it, and they were even promoting it on their charge point app. However, when I decided to use one of their chargers, the staff came out and called the police on me, claiming that I was stealing from them. Even though they had clearly marked it and advertised it online.

Next time, please hang proper signs or at least have the decency to treat people like human being and remove your ChargePoint listing if you don’t want people using your chargers!

- This still doesn’t address the issue of installing proper signage. Even though you decided to set the charging time to 24 hours on the app.

Was looking to buy a new set of tires, luckily I found SD wheel they had a pretty comparable price on the set I was looking for PS4S. Shipping was really the big deal for me purchased the set and was given a estimated delivery date of 01/09/2026. Long story short, SD wheels did not have the tires in stock and the tires had to be shipped directly from Michelin. Big deal no not really, it becomes a problem when the company you purchased the tires from doesn’t provide any updates on this. The company is adamant that they are not responsible for lost items (technically they are responsible until the package is delivered, they state they aren’t but if items are not listed as delivered via the shipping company the buyer is not at fault the company & shipping carrier will have to handle that) I mention that because I do not work from home, but with prior notice I can, so I was somewhat irritated when I saw no movement on my order. I finally called & spoke to a representative and they informed me of the situation with the tires being shipped directly from the manufacturer to them and then shipped to me. I am big on communication and I believe SD wheels could have done that better in my situation, perhaps by notating that hey your shipment may be delayed because they didn’t have the wheels in stock or have a prompt pop up before you purchase informing the buyer of longer shipping times due to the product not being in stock. But no issue with the tires had them mounted & balanced today, just hoping they can be more proactive and inform customers of shipping mishaps I shouldn’t have to call & find out when my order will be shipped/delivered.

I was wanting new tires and wheels for my husband for Christmas. It was 2 weeks before Christmas and I called SD Wheel and got a real person to speak with. He was amazing to work with, very knowledgeable and spent 45 minutes with me on the phone. Needless to say, I got them before Christmas and my husband was super excited. It was as easy as removing old tires and putting the new ones on. Thank you to the gentleman I spoke with!!!

Ordered my tire and wheel package with ease on their website. They showed up a day before expected, everything bolted up with no issues tire balanced as should be not disappointed at all.

Ordered wheel and tire package for my 2024 F150 XLT. Was a simple and easy process, and they were delivered in a timely manner and bolted right up. Very happy with my new wheels and tires, was a little worried about getting scratched up or damaged in transit, but they were packaged really well and arrived balanced and in perfect shape.
