When I call to enquire regarding a minibus hire the call was redirect to this company vanhire mansfield, that I spoke before, first call the guy was very rude, told me the price and when I said I was thinking about to book just hang on me, when the call was being recorded he wasnt that bad but the price magically increased around a thousand pounds that wasn't mentioned before. I would say it's a big scam so avoid at all costs.
I just got off the phone with SDVH asking for a quote on vehicle hire and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The person who took the call obviously has no idea of how to speak to potential customers. I informed them that their quote was over £60 more than competitors quotes which seemed to really upset them that I WASTED THEIR TIME.
