After a long wait due to the Bilstein shocks I ordered being on National Manufacturer Backorder, I got them on the mail and I couldn't be any happier, the customer service has been fantastic with constant communication about the status of the order, helping tremendously after a UPS mishap, free shipping made the transaction even more rewarding.

Our experience did not start out great. We received an air bag with a hole in it upon arrival. For 2-3 weeks we were getting the run around. Customer service said they would give us a call back in 24-48 hours and never did. Multiple emails were sent and no answers. Finally, the last phone call we said we would make to your company we were connected with Brian Bugiada. He was amazing. Went above and beyond for us. He listened and understood our frustrations and walked us through what we needed to do. Plus, he personally emailed us to let us know the steps we needed to take to get a replacement and what was going on. I appreciated his concern and care. We felt seen and heard by him. We appreciate his efforts and our problem was resolved within 24 hours of speaking to him.
