Comfortable waiting area. Helpful staff. My consultant was not more than a couple of minutes late for my appointment

Surrey Cardiovascular Clinic has been delightful in answering my health concerns and addressing any issues. I will be continuing to use them in the future to complement the preventative approach to my health. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. I did visit from afar as I was impressed with other patient reviews.

From my first contacted, through to my consultation and subsequent tests I was treated in a friendly, professional manner. All tests were thoroughly explained to me and I felt confident that I was being looked after safely and professionally

I was self funding and had final consultation with my surgeon and 12 l ad ECG. All completed on time in tranquil surroundings. Nicer than the Nuffield next door.

Just had the tests before going to see the consultant next week. Professional and friendly service(X-ray and blood tests), outstanding receptionist, Aneta.

Swift assessment and arrangement of tests. The comprehensive report has been really informative and reassuring whilst highlighting a previously undiagnosed condition.

I arrived slightly early for my appointment, I amdisablyd and was accompanied by my son who pushed my wheelchair. The access to the clinic is a steepish ramp and the companion needs to be quite strong.
We were greeted with an offer of a cup of coffee and after a short wait the technician carried out the test, gave me some feedback and a short time later I had a very helpful consultation with Dr Leatham.

The reception, time-keeping and administrative aspects are superb. The relaxed but professional manner are very refreshing and help relax the patient. One is treated as an intelligent being - such a change from the NHS receptions and administrative areas, however good the medical staff.

I was feeling quite nervous about my visit, but however, I was made to feel very welcome and looked after throughout my time in the clinic from having the echo-cardiogram to seeing the Dr afterwards and went home feeling very positive about my appointment, I would recommend them to anyone seeking help and reassurance

I understood the SCVC blood glucose trial for 2 weeks whilst keeping a food log. I then had an appoint meant with the nutritionist, Juliette to discuss the results. I found the de-briefing session incredibly valuable. Juliette was able to explain the glucose results and then explain how I could manage my diet better to maintain better glucose control.

I was referred on an urgent basis to the SCVC. The team at the clinic did everything they possibly could to fit me in to a busy clinic. The care I received was excellent with Dr Leatham taking the time to fully investigate my symptoms. All of the tests were fitted in on the same day. This included a CT scan with the team foregoing lunch breaks to ensure I received the scan. The scan, which uses cutting edge analytics, identified significant issues. Dr Leatham and the team have ensured that I have been ‘fast tracked’ for treatment. They have continued to update me which has included out of hours contact. It’s not overstating it to say that this sense of urgency and care has probably saved my life. This has all been done whilst dealing with the needs of other patients attending the clinic. Thank you

Pleasant staff and good level of service but far too overcrowded with people standing for appointments. Rooms too cramped for chaperone which heightens anxiety at an already stressful time. Not the best experience.

Excellent experience at SCVC. All staff, from receptionists to the nurses and the Consultants are friendly, helpful and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend SCVC.
