I ordered from this company twice and had noticeably different experiences.
On my first order, I received no order confirmation and got no reply when I reached out to ask about it. That was frustrating and left me unsure whether the purchase had gone through. The product did arrive within the timeframe listed on the website, and the quality of the item itself is good. I’ve only been using it for a short time, so I can’t yet speak to how effective it is long-term.
I decided to place a second order. This time the process was much smoother: I received a confirmation right away and regular shipping updates. The difference in communication was clear and appreciated.
Overall, the products appear solid and delivery has been reliable so far. The company would benefit from more consistent order confirmations and responses to customer inquiries, especially for first-time buyers. When those systems work, the experience is significantly better. I’m glad the second order went smoothly and hope that level of communication becomes the standard.
