Ordered a pair of scooter wheels and some grips. Following week grips arrived but no wheels. No correspondence to advise why. After emailing them I was advised wheels were not in stock and they were waiting on an ETA from the supplier. Three emails and several
days later, still no response with regards to ETA. Sent several emails asking for refund, all were ignored. Had to open a case with PayPal for a refund. Avoid, terrible, terrible service.

This company is a disgrace, customer service is shocking, pointless them having a contact number as they don’t answer the phone, they ignore emails until it’s just too late and the bank are already involved so I can get my money back, ordered a wheel for my sons bike, their website didn’t mention it was or wasn’t in stock, got a order confirmed email and that was it……over a week later and several unanswered phone calls and emails regarding shipping or a refund I had no alternative than to have my bank chase them for the money. Lo and behold later that day I finally get a cocky reply confirming my order was cancelled and that bad reviews will help his business…..some how!!
Wish I’d have looked at reviews before I made my purchase because I wouldn’t have given them my custom. There are many many more bad reviews on this company way worse than my experience so please shop elsewhere

Ordered a lower headset and corresponding crown race installation tool. No indication on the website that the items weren't actually in stock. When nothing had been dispatched, enquired and was constantly fobbed off with excuses about being in a remote warehouse. I pressed on this as I was aware the headset was discontinued, but had ordered hoping they had some leftover stock, and again was promised that that they did have stock in hand, but just needed to get it from this mythical remote warehouse. Eventually almost 2 months later the headset part was cancelled as surprise surprise they had been informed by the manufacturer it had been discontinued. They had sent the installation tool a few days before this so now I have to return that and be out of pocket for the return cost as it's no use without the headset to go with it. Absolute shambles and wasted my time and money for 2 months. Basically don't trust anything they say or assume they actually have any stock.

Update 2025-01-31:
They very kindly sent the order again. This time with a lot better packaging. Received the parts today.
Very nicely handled of them so I'd say all this mess should be attributed to their and my bad luck. Hence not 5 stars.
I ordered replacement parts for a Mafia Bomma 29" rear wheel in 2024-09-19. I've been asking them about once a month about the delivery since then and beginning of January I got a delivery date.
Being in Sweden, it went through customs first and they sent me an image of the package. Didn't see it then but it was already ripped open when it reached Swedish customs.
So I got it in my mailbox yesterday and that was when I realized the package was empty.
I have mailed a complaint but no answer yet.

Came up with the goods, although I couldn't get through to them by phone or get a response to email that just bounced. I was planning a visit to the shop to see what was going on, as I didn't know if they'd just taken my money and run - but I was relieved to receive exactly what I had ordered by post 3 weeks later. Nice website, and got what I needed, but customer communications needs much needed improvement to prevent winding customers up and leaving them high and dry with no response after ordering online.

Avoid , ordered over £400 of goods and they haven't been dispatched, owners aren't answering emails or calls , took my money but haven't sent anything , will be visiting the store with live Facebook feed to expose these conmen.

Beware! Scuff Wheels are Drop Shippers; they don't hold stock themselves, they are not actually a bicycle shop with any control over the goods they sell.

I placed a order on a part that was "in stock". After a whole week and nothing showing up I rang them, to be told my part was subject to vague "delays" at the "remote facility" (or some other nonsense that changed every time I questioned it).

Two stars because I could at least ring them and talk to someone to cancel my order. Let's see if my refund materialises (unlike their products).

little info on delivery on website should have been a warning sign. 10 days from order to dispatch despite the money being taken after 3. why order from a UK company if they are this inefficient. If I had known how long it was going to take I would have paid for express or ordered elsewhere. as it was I had to contact them to delay dispatch as I would not able to be in to accept delivery

I received my bike, not had great customer service though. I ordered a revvi from them I had to ring loads to actually get through to someone they ignore emails and messages on Facebook. My son's revvi has a dodgy motor luckily revvi is sending us a new motor as this company never got back to me. They didn't bother to tell me my order I'd have to wait for originally 2 weeks as they didn't have stock even though the site never stated that. Their lack of communication ruins the company. Not sure if there is suppose to be a bumper cover on the revvi like I have seen on others but I didn't get one. The pic on the site isn't accurate either as it shows a different style of handle bars than what we received

Newer buy anything from this seller. When you sending item back he don`t want to make full refund. For some reason this seller thinks that his opinion is more important than UK law.

I ordered a fork replacement for my bike and the order went smoothly. The delivery did not take a long period of time to come and the product was in great condition. I would buy from them again.
