We went today to purchase a new sofa…

We went today to purchase a new sofa and carpets, our experience was very good and this would be our second time doing this too.
We also left with a new coffee table and tv cabinet.
The guys in store were very helpful and gave us a great price for everything. As usual very impressed and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely disgusted with the way I've…

Absolutely disgusted with the way I've been treated by the Manager in Colchester, rude, arrogant and left in tears.

I'm still without a sofa 8 weeks in, I've already given them £800 cash and still they want more.

I'm a disabled, single mother who ordered a sofa bed as I do not have the luxury of a bed or bedroom. I am currently sleeping on the floor.

I would never ever recommend SCS to anyone.

Delighted with our experience of ScS

Bought from LLanelli store and very happy with the knowledge, help, range of options and unpressured sales experience. Delivery agreed, timescales adhered to, phone calls with updates and a delivery time slot. Cannot fault the experience and would definitely buy again from them.
Delivery staff brilliant too, on time, polite, careful, helpful putting everything in place and carefully checking everything. A pleasure to do business with.

SCS Greenock, Scotland

We ordered our new suite from SCS Greenock. The staff instore were very friendly & helpful. We were a little anxious buying our first suite for our new home but we were immediately put at ease & never felt under any pressure, like we had experienced in some competitors stores. I received a call last week to arrange delivery & i also received a call yesterday to confirm this was still ok. Our new suite was delivered this afternoon, 15 mins ahead of schedule, by Willie & Dougie. They were very professional & so down to earth. When Dougie first came into our home, he was very chatty & talked us through every process of putting the couch together & how to also dismantle again. Then when Willie came in to help, he noticed our pet bird & made time to chat to him also. We are extremely happy with the service we have received from SCS & will definitely be returning as our first point of contact when the time comes to replace our new suite

I bought my suite from SCS Livingston

I bought my suite from SCS Livingston. I had it delivered this morning t 7.10am :) The guys phoned us yesterday to say we would be first drop. They arrived and were very pleasant and respectful of my property. They cleared away the rubbish too. Their names were Dino and Dave and I couldn't have been more happy. Thank you guys really appreciate your professionalism.

Delivering sofas to a barge!!!!

Our experience with SCS Wakefield has been 100% excellent from start to finish. The staff at the store were very friendly and helpful and the sofas we purchased were delivered within the time frame set. The delivery lads Leigh D and Rob D were excellent and not phased when they realised they were delivering to a barge and that the sofas had to be carried down a gang plank about 15 inches wide on a 45 degree angle and then through a small door and over a counter into the living room. All was done with friendly banter. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great service from scs

4 weeks exactly today ordered 2 new couches from SCS very good service when choosing what I wanted and delivery very good as well both delivery men efficient...told it could take 6 to 8 weeks so only 4 weeks to wait was great.....

The sales service I received by Anthony…

The sales service I received by Anthony at Leicester Fosse Park was really good. So good to meet an honest trustworthy easy to talk to sales guy rather than a pushy in it for the money one. And so unlike the people we met at DFS and Sofology. Would recommend SCS to my friends and family and would advise others to ask for Anthony.when they visit the store

I purchased a suite on 1st Jan 2018 to…

I purchased a suite on 1st Jan 2018 to b delivered first week in March 2018...it was delivered 22nd May 2018...I had to ring SCS Oldham to find out when it would be delivered when I didn't get a call from them a week before it was due only to be told there was a problem with delivery from manufacturers an it would b 3-4 weeks .I had to ring then again when I received no call 4 weeks later again told there was delivery problems and was offered a mere £100 refund...the suite finally arrived in May..very poor customer service..very arrogant sales personnel..Will never use SCS again an never recommend them..don't even deserve 1 star

The guys who delivered the sofas were fantastic, friendly and helpful. One of the sofas didn't line up correctly. The delivery guys Jimmy and eddy (seaham distribution centre) showed me how to contact the relevant team And took photos as backup. The team I spoke to were really helpful and sending a technician to fix the sofa in reasonable time frame. From start dealing with (sales john Moses) to finish everyone we've dealt with have been fab. Hopefully sofa will be fixed to end the purchase on a good note

After reading a couple of reviews

After reading a couple of reviews, I see we are not the only couple to be alarmed by the customer service at scs. Initial purchase was fine, we found our suite reduced after a couple of weeks and went into the store in Gateshead metrocenter to claim a refund but were told the sofa we had ordered wasn't discounted because we had chosen a split option. I mean, come on, if you are discounting a grand sofa, you are discounting a grand sofa! The complaint was not handled professionally but we weren't surprised looking at our call to inform us our suite was ready for delivery. The girl was rude and abrupt!!! They could not even give us a morning or afternoon guide, no 7-7 only, every other company can narrow down to a 4 hour slot if not better! The best experience we had was the delivery itself. Couple of polite and friendly chaps. But other than that, we won't be choosing scs again!
