We worked with Scrupp.com on a sponsored post/link placement, and the placement was completed and published as agreed.

Unfortunately, payment was not confirmed after the work went live, even after follow-up reminders. This is disappointing, as the work was delivered on our side and the payment process should have been handled professionally.

Based on this experience, I would be careful with any post-payment arrangement. Payment should be made upfront or fully confirmed before publishing.

Very sad, that i can not give minus stars. Support = bad. Software full of issues = bad. Take your money for something that doesnt work from day 1 = bad. Cancel Button gets inactive all of a sudden, try to scam you on every angle.

Dont buy this product ever, dont buy there SV license, costs you money and they simply say "sorry we dont have any - no refund either".

Stay away and be safe out there!

PS: Everything is documented, screenshotted and screenrecorded and goes to stripe to investigate.

they tell you to press ´cancel subscription´ button- which doesn't exist. They renewed me 4x without notice to my email. How frusterating! Not sure if it's a good tool because my employee does it.

It really gives genuine emails but i don't know why this takes so much hell time to show that mail...rest is good but takes 1 hour even i have been waiting for 2 days still i don't give the email i got only 2-3 times those email were correct but after that it takes very much time to find any email

If i could give 0 stars i would. Awful experience, support totally obnoxious and lost in space in time. Scrapping does not work more times than it is. Spent more time arguing with AI bot support than actually working.

Sooo many better options out there. These guys are scammers and you should stay away as far as possible.
