I actually liked the Casino at first and I won $100 off 25 free promo spins. I went to cashout then I get a email saying my withdrawl is rejected by admin and theyre auditing my account and requesting card details and bank statements from 4 months ago for a purchase of $4.49 and $2.99. One of the cards has been replaced because it was damaged so I sent them my bank statement with the transaction on it. The other card I no longer have because I closed the account in January. This is ridiculous these transactions are 4 months old and have nothing to do with my winnings they had no problem taking the transactions then and my winnings came from promo spins not a deposit. It seems to me they just dont want to pay me.

This one was terrible as far as RTP. I sat there and spun a slot 150 times in a row with not one win. Just awful. You should avoid them like the plague because their name says it all.

Closed my acct for no reason…. I tried redeeming my winnings & the card they had on file didn’t match my debit card. CS & I went back & forth for 2 days & when I sent proof of my card & bank statements, my acct was closed………

Overall this is probably my favorite spot, from the penny games to the regular occurring deals for $5 and under. Redemption times are pretty quick! They are constantly working on improving and it really shows! Definitely underrated!

Just signed up maybe half hour ago. 9pm 3/2/26. Was eying that new customer promotion $9.99 for 2500 Scrooge Tokens, aka $25. Instead, got very lucky between slots & roulette, no deposit yet & able to initiate redemption for $100, or 10000 ST according to their TOS in an email they just sent. ( I just awoke & my initial $110.65 was declined & apparently $100 max without deposit) I get to find out easier & quicker than most, apparently! Well, at least I connected (one of) my banks via AeroPay & am supposedly awaiting the $100 once my identity is confirmed. If all goes as planned, my being very legitimate & verifiable, I'll receive my $100 at some point. If in the end I don't, it's ok, I just won a $2400 site jackpot at Megabonanza 3 days ago which was in account within 24 hrs. This is already the most I've ever been asked for at any site/app for redemption. Either I get paid the $100 & leave this honest 5*review, or I don't get paid, will be banned apparently, & the warranted 1 star will be my only change. Clearly, bad reviews do not have any such influence as the people below insinuate. I don't mind paying to find out a sites legitimacy, so finding out for free is excellent! I expect no more requests, & zero further issues. One never really knows.

Ive spent over 200 so far this year and and last year I’ve spent 1000+ and I haven’t won nothing Scrooge you just become boycotted and the federal government has been called and now after this was posted they blocked my account I’m going to do anything to get this site taken down and have a lawsuit started

The owner of this website is James Peters and I saw a post from November a guy accusing them of when being confronted with the truth they're quick to disable your account and not provide redemptions that is 100% true
disabled dying homebound veteran played with them from the beginning and then when confronted with one piece of negativity and shut my account down I spent over $7,000 in 4 months with them and then they denied and found a reason to disable my account and not pay me $314 redemption that I had and try to use full crap reasons for not paying it out and it happened the day after I posted something negative that they did they took 7,000 and refuse to pay me 314 do not play with these guys James Peters is the ceo/owner and he claims to be a Christian this guy is the biggest scammer of all I can show you proof

I had two successful redemptions with Scrooge Casino in the past with no issues. After winning $500, my redemption was suddenly rejected and I was asked to provide an excessive amount of verification documents, including front and back images of multiple cards, bank statements, and utility bills.

I complied as much as possible. One of the cards I submitted was confirmed by their team as matching and verified. Two other cards they requested were previously lost/stolen and no longer in my possession, which I clearly explained.

Instead of working with me on reasonable alternative verification (which is standard practice), my account was blocked by an administrator immediately after I asked for clarification on why verification could not proceed with the documents already provided.

No clear reason was given for the account block. No specific terms or violations were cited. My remaining balance has not been paid out.

I am sharing this to warn others: be cautious. Everything worked fine until I won a larger amount and asked reasonable questions. Blocking a customer instead of explaining or resolving the issue is not acceptable business practice.

I am now pursuing this matter through formal consumer protection channels.

They make it verry hard to cash out any winnings. Then they lock u out of ur account so u cant get proof of ur winnings. Verry rude not verry helpfully at all. I have had 3 buddy's of mine go thru the same hassel!

I found my way to scrooge casino from a review site that reviews online casinos. I should have looked into them before i even bothered signing up. If you actually look at the reviews on trustpilot that are one star, you'll get the truth about this smoldering pile of garbage masquerading as a casino. I bought a small coin package from them, hit a big win, lost some of it back and tried to cash out 450 dollars. The Scrooge team denied my withdrawl and claimed that, in order to cash out my money, i would have to send them my credit card information that i used to pay the site, along with a copy of my bank statement from a bank with FDIC insurance (which i do not have) and some other unrealistic requests. I replied to their email that this was excessive and that i was not sending them my private and personal bank statement because it is not something anyone needs to pay out money. I never received a response and was blocked by the administrator from accessing my account and have been unable to get a cent of my money that they definitely and legally owe me. I have lodged a formal complaint with them (which i'm sure is going to turn out in my favor) and I'm currently looking for people that have had similar experienes with scrooge casino. I know you're out there and our voices will be much stronger together.

I made multiple deposits have the pictures to back it up then won $200 and ask for my Redemption after going through the verification process and providing every document that they ask for with the same address the same name the same everything on it then the admin decided to ban me and not pay me the $200 Redemption I was requesting nothing but a scam and fraudulent business taking people's money and when I get a hold of my attorney I will be suing these folks for taking my money from my deposits but not giving me my money that I've won

So I have one decent amount on the little free bonus mount they give you and then I've made a deposit and then after I won another decent amount I tried to verify my identity to cash out couldn't because imwhen verifying I my identity it said that something went wrong and I have to wait for an email letting me know what to do next.but then I receive email said my account has been deactivated due to violations.thejnibtey to login an said my location is approved for this game when I have been playing .now I can't get ahold of anybody to see why my account is deactivated. I've been playing it for months giving them plenty of money the minute I want some I went to review and was denied they requested like four or five different credit cards bank statement FDIC insured statements of Bank deposits which is ridiculous when I told them that they blocked me from the site keeping my winnings and the money I deposited!!!
