We found that we needed a video call to work out the set up. The tech team at screenmoove were very very good. I would suggest that the instructions that come with screen offer two key info. 1. Set up screen using mouse not remote control and 2. do all of this before you put the screen anywhere so that you can access it - the team stuck with us and I’d recommend them
