No information about delivery
Products seems to be really great, but there is no follow-up regarding the delivery. I was afraid that I would never get them as there were no information about that. But then, I got them

3 weeks later not here but paid for Express delivery (7 days) Con
Despite paying for express delivery to have it within 7 days, 3 weeks later, still no sign of it.
Really disappointed as it was a gift and we had it sent to a families house for my sons 18th Birthday but he leaves tomorrow so he won't be getting his gift.
No help from Customer Service as link they sent didn't work to track it and when I notified them they said it will arrive in 1 to 2 weeks, that was 2 weeks ago and I still don't have it
