Was dreading sorting the claim out, as mum just passed with cancer , dad has got cancer then my dog got cancer , I don’t have the mindset to claim or sort .

Scratch & Patch were amazing throughout the whole procedure, before and after my dogs visit to the vets. They paid out promptly too, considering it was over the Christmas/new year period. I would definitely recommend! A* service

I found the website easy to navigate quick and easy

Easy to take out a policy, existing customer, so most details were known but the whole process was done on line. All types of policies explained although some details could be clearer. Competitively priced and hopefully won’t need to claim.

Honestly im even suprised im saying this, but Scratch & Patch have been exceptional when we had to claim as our dog became very poorly. My experience with insurance companies has always been, they're only there to take your money and do everything in their power not to pay out if you genuinely need to make a claim. This was not the case with Scratch & Patch. Everything was dealt with professionally without any push back from them. Claim was settled in around 3 weeks. Its honestly made me consider staying with them for our dogs entire life. I hope they continue to keep up this level of service. Couldn't recommend them enough..
