Its always fast and easy

I've been with this company since the beginning, and nothing has changed. Every single payment is held up for three to five days, even though they advertise instant payouts.

I'm to question what's really going on. Why is my money being held every single time? It makes no sense, and it feels misleading. If you promise instant payments, then customers shouldn't have to wait nearly a week to receive their own money.

Yes, I eventually get paid, but that's not the issue. The issue is that the service isn't delivering what it promises. I've contacted support before, and nothing ever gets fixed. After all this time, I'm losing confidence in this company and can no longer rely on them to pay me when they say they will.

so it worked as far as i got, i tried to cash out to cash app and realized i didnt have access to my routing number so i couldnt get sent the money at the time, what im dissapointed about is that there was no undo button and the redeemed money expires the next day so i couldnt even wait until i got my routing number from cash app. Please add an undo button or at least make them not expire that quick

Fairly easy to cash out, and seemed very secure.

I would give it five stars because of the instant Visa option... the only down didn't is you can't combine them all together in one card

Out of all the apps I've tried over the years,I do have to say that this one by far is my #1 favorite money making/game playing app. You can keep playing ur games that u like and still get paid from them as well,most apps u have to o ly play thier games,and most of them it's games I wouldn't play,or just dont like. Great app, fair with payment, customer service is great but if they don't know an answer or feel like they can't help with something they tend to ghost you for weeks so be aware of that. Otherwise not bad

By far the fastest & easiest rewards app that actually pays. Being able to save up a few bucks here and there has been incredibly helpful, and I get paid almost instantly. My only issues are promos not always tracking or loading, some apps not being tracked at all despite never being installed before (though this has only happened with a handful of apps), and a seemingly unresponsive support team… My last support message was never replied to, not even by AI.
