Very happy with the Artwork ordered from Scrabo Fine Art. Received within 2 weeks of placing the order and the artwork was professionally packaged for delivery.
Whilst I had an order acknowledgement I didn’t receive any other communications with Scrabo regarding my purchase, and I called twice for updates, which set my mind at ease.

Very impressed! Arrived within a few days, great price, I would definitely order again.

I placed an order for a print. It was only after a week or so when I enquired when I could expect delivery that the money was then refunded to me with no explanation as to why the order was cancelled. I can only imagine that the online stock list is not up to date, but the communication on this occasion was non existent.

Brilliant service

We visited the gallery while on a visit to Belfast. The drive to Newtonards was worth it because the gallery is very stunning.
I bought a few pictures from the most pleasant gentleman/owner there.
Most people gave this business five stars....which is deserved...I don't think the 2.8 rating is justified. Sometimes things go wrong, sometimes people make a mistake but as far as I can read things were put right very quickly.
I think this is a first class gallery with an excellent service.

Lack of communication, ordered an item of artwork as advertised, submitted payment, few days later is received a refund, no explanation why. It look like it is the policy to advertise items that are not in stock, I am on my forth gallery,

Bought piece at weekend at night found out that it had been sold but not updated refund given quickly so definitely need to give five stars

My husband bought me a lovely painting for my 60th birthday which was extremely well packed and arrived in good time. After unpacking it we noticed that there was a deep dent in the upper side of the frame which had to have been done prior to packing the picture as the outer packing ing was perfect. It wasn’t enough of an issue to go to the trouble of complaining, repacking and going somewhere to repost it back and go through all the performance of that, so I have hung it on the wall and it cannot be seen. This is not a complaint as I cannot see the dent where it is positioned and I love the painting.

Excellent service, extremely helpful and patient with my queries and requests.
The piece of art was sent to me quickly, well packaged and I was given the tracking number to make sure that I could be in to receive it.
