Been using for almost 10 years now. And have never let me down. I have also had emergency delivery and they do their utmost best to deliver ASAP. Brilliant customer service.

Driver did'nt leave a Print out receipt…
Driver did'nt leave a Print out receipt of delivery even with my wife asking for one and just came across as being rather Rude so i then had to phone up to ask for it i've never had that problem with any other fuel delivery company and even if i was'nt in they would alway's post it through the letterbox.Other than that it was Okay

I phoned one day, obtained the price on the phone and the order was delivered the very next day. Then, the invoice gave me several weeks to pay, which is appreciated, given the sky-high price of heating oil (due to the US Iraq war)
