I bought a few Scottevest products out of curiosity because of the fact that as a human in today’s world I carry around a whole bunch of stuff. From multiple cell phones all the way to small items such as a pack of gum or a tube of chapstick. It becomes too much to put in one pocket and I don’t always have a backpack. I saw a scottevest add and couldn’t help but explore the wonderful idea of super secret pocket storage over my entire body. I received my package very quickly in the mail and instantly my life was changed. The shorts I own have the deepest pockets along with a few sneaky pockets here and there. The best part is my pockets never look full and bulky but boy oh boy do I stuff those bad boys with my belongings. I couldn’t be happier with the products I own now and I will without a doubt be stuffing my closet and dresser with more scottevest clothing from now until the day I die. Scottevest has earned itself a lifelong customer and a walking advertisement for the ever continuous conveniences your products have to offer. Long live scottevest!! I will chant it from the mountain tops.

I chatted with Kelsey regarding a vest I purchased for my husband. I usually order size L for him, but based on the sizing guide on your website, it said I should order an XL. So I did, and as I feared, it is too big. I opened a chat because I was a bit disappointed that I would now have to pay for return shipping as well as the original shipping. While Kelsey explained that they could not offer free return shipping, she was helpful in getting me the RMA # for an exchange and advised that the exchange shipping is free. She handled my issue quickly and with kindness!

My order shipped right away via USPS (✯✯✯✯) Shipment had not arrived by 2 days after it was due and the tracking website was down all of that time. I still love USPS. I notified SCOTTe, Maggie (✯✯✯✯✯) got it, tracked it somehow and notified me that it was at my local post office branch. Then she tracked it again to tell me it was, "out for delivery." Attagirl Maggie!

I just love all the pocket and you do not have to carry so mush around with you .

Ethan was most helpful and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. He went out of his way to find additional information for me when I requested it. He was also very cheerful and friendly.

Ethan was most helpful in answering questions after I accidentally damaged my vest. While not particularly able to do repairs in-house, he was eager to help me find places in my area that could.

Maggie helped so much during our chat! She was able to get a gift message into our order with our confirmation number! She also helped guide us through the site to find where we could print a coat showing all the different pockets and what they are for to put in with our birthday card

Excellent company - great customer service!!

My spouse and I are planning a trip to Europe next year. I decided I wanted a ScotteVest Hoodie with all of its lovely pockets for the trip. I read all the reviews and decided to order an XXL on a 50% coupon code. It was everything it was supposed to be - but it was a tiny bit larger than I really needed. I have a lovely friend who shares my love of hoodies - so I could send the big one to him. I reached out to customer service and asked the ultimate question - would they consider giving me the code again so I could purchase a smaller size for me? AND THEY DID!

That level of customer service blows me away. I love the product and I stand by the quality of the company!

Jim Doolittle took care of me during my shipping problem with USPS, staying on it with updates until it delivered, then wrote to make sure all was well.

This is GREAT customer service. I am even more likely to recommend SCOTTeVEST now, and expand my wardrobe - I have vests, cardigans and a blouse now, and have used you for gifts.

I was introduced by a friend whose travel clothes I admired on a trip. She thought I would like them too. I DO!

I bought one of their shirts and didn't try it on until I was packing for my journey to Europe. The shirt was way too big but with Sarah's help I was able to swap it for the next smaller size even though I was outside their normal return period. WAY TO GO SARAH !
