I never subscribed to them or their email yet I find myself absolutely hounded by spam emails from them, despite trying several times to unsubscribe. It appears impossible, the whole company seems to be a sham.

Scammers. Once you register, you cannot unsubscribe. Other than their daily spam emails, they ignored my request to opt out from their mailing list. Their platform is built badly, and not functioning. Also login seems to be a gamble, it only works 1 out 10 tries. Garbage platform and ignorant staff. Don't waste your time on them

Today, I received an email notifying me that my Lifetime deal, for which I willingly paid, will now be downgraded to a free plan. This decision feels like a complete betrayal to those of us early adopters who placed our faith in this platform and supported it with our hard-earned money.

Scopio attempts to justify these changes, claiming they will enhance the user experience and support talented artists. However, it's difficult to understand how downgrading paying users to the same level as non-paying ones truly benefits anyone. It seems like an attempt to manipulate our perception with dishonest mental tricks.

This sort of fraudulent business behavior is not acceptable. Unfortunately, this seems to be a trend with numerous SaaS companies, choosing to overpromise and underdeliver.

As a result of these actions, my confidence in Scopio's future prospects has significantly diminished. It's disheartening to see how they've chosen to treat their earliest and most loyal supporters in this manner.

Breach of Agreement: Unacceptable Changes to the Lifetime Deal Terms

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the recent modifications to your lifetime deal terms.

When I initially purchased the deal, the agreement promised up to 1000 downloaded images per month. This generous limit was one of the main reasons why I invested in your service. However, I was taken aback when I recently discovered that the number of downloads allowed per month has been drastically reduced to a mere 10.

This change is not only unreasonable but also a clear violation of the initial agreement. It is disheartening to see a reputable company like Scop.io not honoring its commitments.

The current limitation of 10 images per month is a far cry from the 1000 images initially promised and severely hinders my ability to carry out my work effectively.

This sudden and drastic change in terms is not something I can overlook.

Scopio says, "changes ahead that I believe will benefit both your user experience and the talented artists" but how does downgrading me to the same plan as people who didn't pay anything benefit my user experience? These are dishonest mental gymnastics.

Scopio leadership has pulled a "bait-and-switch." After years of false promises and false assurances, this is nothing short of fraudulent business behavior. Scopio has chosen the path of "overpromise, underdeliver" that we have seen from many SaaS companies lately. I doubt Scopio will have much of a future now if this is how they treat their earliest adopters.

Artists, this is a SCAM. As soon as you upload your work there, it‘s free for everyone in the world to use. They‘re trying to train their scummy ai with your work and with this method, you‘d „technically“ give your consent to it. Be careful!

The web and the application are really a good idea and international visibility but over time I think it has lost a bit of effectiveness, they don't check the photos and my view counter doesn't work

I paid for a lifetime subscription awhile back. I had an issue gaining access to the content with my subscription and emailed them ...again...again and again. It has been 3 times through customer service with NO reply.

Update...the owner of Scopio contacted me and corrected the situation which I appreciated and apologized for the no response from the customer service team, which was an email address error.

Big scam! As an artist we get pennies and have been misinformed about the website and the images we put online. I’ve demanded to delete my account several times after trying to get in contact multiple times with no respond. Please don’t engage.

Scopio has a good selection of photos and illustrations. It has helped me to get curated images for mu own personal projects. Also, I am pretty excited for the upcoming release of the mobile application.
