Here are a few things that I really loved about this experience: all of the order updates and when it shipped. Unfortunately I didn't receive a tracking number therefore, unable to track it on my own, nor knowing how long until it arrived. I emailed their customer service address listed on the website and expressed my concern. I got a follow up email from a representative the same day and another email with the tracking number and when I should be expecting it! So easy!
I loved the quality of the grips my son ordered. Definitely worth the price and wait!

Ordered two scooters as Christmas gifts for our twins and they never showed up! Not surprising as Hermes was the logistics partner. Our experience was terrible communication with ScootHQ - continued voicemail, no response to message and or emails (they stated that this was due to the busy Christmas period) and even when we did eventually make contact with them they failed to take any responsibility. Ordered elsewhere in the end - polar opposite experience thankfully! Only positive is that we eventually got our money back. My company wouldn't last long if I treated my clients this way :(

Delay in order but issue resolved quickly happy customer!
Had to chase order and took a while to get hold of anyone, however once through issue resolved quickly, knocked me another 10% off , went out of their way to get the correct scooter delivered quickly and apologised for inconvenience, great customer service happy customer in the end will definitely order again !
