There are plenty of courses to explore but from the ones I have seen here are the positive and negatives.
Positive: an entire class is broken down into short and straight to the point videos. Even in your busiest days you can squeeze a couple videos and get through a course. The recipe books come ina pdf file which you can download and carry with you everywhere.
Negative: lessons sometimes are too short for their own good and lack a bit of depth
I started with the plating course which I found to be lacking. Most importantly is the choice of background music, loud, repetitive and totally unappealing and distracting. It REALLY brings down the quality and professionalism of the videos and made stop watching them over all.
I already paid for a year and will finish all courses but they really ought to fix the audio production of their courses.

The best platform for chefs / pastry chefs who wants to get inspiration and learn something new and modern. I highly recommend this platform. Very well structured! Best online platform in my opinion.

The movies are visually pleasing, but when you dive in - like when you are actually trying to do what the course is supposed to teach you - you find black holes as the instructor is showing how something **looks when it’s done** without showing **how** it’s done. Maybe it is due to poor editing, maybe it is just in the few courses we’ve taken, but from our experience so far, you can’t really learn and this is very disappointing as we bought two annual subscriptions, specifically because one of them was a birthday gift :-/

When ı When I watch to the course on my phone, even though I change the subtitle, the subtitle always stays in Chinese without enlarging the screen. you better change that.

I loved and enjoyed the Caramels and Pate de Fruit course. Chef Kriss Harvey is an excellent instructor. I give his course 5 stars. This course is in English. I would love to view more courses by Chef Kriss Harvey. His instructions are clear and easy to follow and understand.
I have attempted to do the other courses but it’s difficult since I’m only English speaking. I did try a beta trial lesson where I could listen to a lesson in English. It’s definitely better than just having to read captions. I wish all the other courses that are not available in English at least have that option. It may not be the instructor’s voice but it is definitely easier to watch and learn. Also, Please add more English speaking courses.

Overall nice, but needs more details in recipes. I'm a somewhat experienced home cook who does complex recipes. I've been watching the courses on Octopus and Colorful Pasta. They have some wonderful dishes, but sometimes details (both in technique and recipe proportions) are missing important information.

In some of the recipes (PDFs) the ingredients and steps not matching the videos. Also in the videos the subtitles are not matching the instructor instructions, it’s faster so I way unable to follow up smoothly.

It´s great web for anyone who wanty to learn more about haute cuisine or someone with passion for culinary. Courses are well made, easy to understand. They consist mostly from recipes and different cooking skills and techniques are explained during process. You can make most of the recipes with kitchen tools you regularly have at home. The search function works very well, because you can search for a specific ingredient and you will get list of all courses feathuring it.

Unfortunately there is not choise to reply to your previous answer so I am writing a new one.
I am not going to search everything I have read and watched so far just to find the mistakes but I can give you some examples.
Miquel guarro plated desserts: the peanut cream video is missing, in mousse the 1st coffee quantity is missing, is the information that in order to make a meringue whith dried whites you need 1liter of water and 15 grms dried whites right? I don't think so. In egg whites there is approximately 90% water 10% protein
Artieda pastry basic doughs:
Breton shortbread
The recipe says yolks the video recipe has whole eggs.
The baking powder also seems to be too much in the pdf
There are more like these and I hope that your team is going to search find and correct.
Thank you
