I recently started using Scoolinary to gain knowledge about the culinary world. It has been a very enjoyable experience and the comunity is very helpfull!! Having it accesable as an app on the phone is very useful and I use it a lot as it's quite simple to use, though, there are some improvements that could be made :)

Amazing, but fix those voiceovers please! They are horrible
I’ve been taking several baking and pastry courses and most are very high quality. Scoolinary is definitely worth every $ in my opinion no matter what level you are. I do have two gripes. One very minor and one major
1) Many courses I took cater for the professional setup rather than home cooks or beginners. However, if for example a recipie calls for large quantities of an ingredient you can use the AI assistant to scale it down.
2) My major gripe (which led to the loss of one star for this review) are the voiceovers. They are AI generated translations and voiceovers and are horrible. Some translations are literal and make no sense. Some AI generated voiceovers talk gibberish. In one video the voice suddenly started to whisper in an evil voice for a few seconds! I really do hope you can sort out your translations as they are truly awful in some cases.
Other than that as I said great product.

Scoolinary for beginners…
Scoolinary is a great way to improve your cooking skills. You can choose lessons according to your needs and interests. I cook at home for my family and for me it is important, that the recipes could be realised at the home kitchen. And so it is. I like videos with detailed instructions, but you have to wath the videos carefully, because there are some mismatches with the recipe book. I have just started exploring the platform, but I am already impressed by it`s wide range of different topics.

Great for industry professionals. You need to be a bit picky if you are a home cook
I have watched 3 classes. Two have been doable for me as a home hobbyist baker. One of the classes used equipment that I could never afford at home, as well as ingredients I wouldn’t think to buy. It would be beneficial to note on your classes, which may be more suitable for home chefs. ( But maintain access to all the courses, so the student could decide)..

I really wish I could give this site 5 stars but i can't. The English content is great, but the rest is so bad. The dubbing was done by an AI program from Ali Baba express. doesn't not make sense and the recipes don't match at all. Overall it has a lot of potential and if you are charging this much for online cooking classes, you should invest in a proper translator to at least proof check the AI translators efforts. I signed up for one year, but i soon canceled my subscription for this exact reason.

A fantastic culinary academy that constantly inspires and challenges me!
Scoolinary Academy is more than just an online learning platform. It’s a place that inspires me daily, motivates me, and pushes me to grow both as a cook and as a person. The courses are top-notch, the instructors are professional and dedicated, and the lessons are clear, concise, and filled with useful tips I can immediately apply.
What I especially love is that every month we have challenges that truly push us out of our comfort zones. Encouraging us to try new techniques, ingredients, plating styles, and food styling... And each time, I come out of it proud of myself and enriched by the experience.
Being part of the Scoolinary student community is a real joy – there’s feedback, idea sharing, tips, and so much support. The sense of belonging and collective creativity is priceless.
