It has been more than 15 days and i haven’t received my order yet. Scooboo is a complete scan, they dont reply on customer support, they dont even initiate refund once you place an order, government should bann their business completely its a serious fraud.
they are too lazy in the shipment. They use surface medium even for a small diary or pen. sucks!!

I have more than once from scooboo and the delivery is always on time. The products are genuine and great quality. For me it is a great site to purchase stationery
I had ordered a DELI CLEAR TAPE WITH DISPENSER at their site. The order was prepaid (because payment on delivery is not allowed). Scooboo sent me mail and messages regarding receipt of payment and the docket to track shipment. The shipment was from Chandigarh to Dehradun and was being done by Bluedart. On the day of it's arrival, I received a message - "that the address provided was incorrect". Shortly thereafter, I received a call enquiring whether the address was correct or not. Upon my confirming the address which was absolutely correct, the lady at the other end assured of the delivery. Thereafter, all avenues of contacting them went unanswered.
