We have been using Scimitar for 3 years for our running club Tees and Vests- they have been so helpful from set-up to re-ordering. The tops are always excellent quality and look amazing. The customer service is quick and orders are always accurate.

Excellent customer service!

The whole process was really efficient and professional, especially Ashley who managed our order. Despite various suggestions and changes in the design process we were always met with positive communications and the team delivered great options until we decided on the final result.

Delivery was spot on all the way to Iceland and the products were great!

Scimitar have gone above and beyond in producing branded materials and branded clothing for the launch of a major sports programme to a very tight deadline. All went well, slick design and production process. One pleased client.

I rated Scimitar Sportswear four stars. I cannot give them five stars because the quality of the cycling kit that we purchased is not up to 5 star. Communication with Scimitar sports was excellent from start to finish. Luke Fowler followed through my inquiry all the way to sales and dispatch. Selecting the correct size was made easier because I was sent sizing samples. You as the customer have to pay the return carriage charge. The graphics on each jersey were accurately printed in the correct colours. None of the Jerseys had sewing or fabric faults. However, their Club jerseys could be manufactured with a smoother to the touch fabric. As a club, we have received jerseys of a higher fabric quality from Godfrey sports. We’ve also received high-quality jerseys from IMP sport. Nevertheless.Scimitar sport are very competitively priced compared to other club kit providers and are very popular amongst running clubs.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. As it was my first time ordering Kit for my Pool of Life BCS team. I had the pleasure of coordinating with Ashley..Magic Ash Dipple, who helped me every step of the way. He was super helpful, patient, and very quick to respond to any queries.
The kit arrived exactly when he said it would, and we couldn't be happier with it. We used our own design and Ash helped tweek it slightly. The quality is great and we all cannot wait to wear it at the France Dragon boat Festival next year. So would definitely recommend Scimitar and will be back for sure. Thanks again Ash.

I can’t say enough about the outstanding support we received from Adam while resolving a delayed shipment for our event. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure everything arrived on time — and his persistence truly saved the day.

Adam personally took ownership of the situation, tracking down delays, coordinating customs clearance, managing transport, and even overseeing final delivery to ensure our materials reached our expo booth before the event opened. Despite several setbacks, he stayed calm, professional, and completely focused on finding solutions.

His communication was exceptional — he kept us informed every step of the way, followed through until everything was resolved, and even checked in afterward to make sure we were all set. It’s rare to find someone so committed to getting things right and caring about the outcome.

I placed an order on August 21st - they took my money and confirmed the order by e-mail. Then nothing! No tracking, no updates, and when I rang in to chase there was nobody in the relevant department to answer my query! I eventually got a reply to say that they had lost my order and it would now be the end of October before they received the goods from their manufacturer! Shocking!

I placed an order with Scimitar on April 14th for gear intended for the European Running Championship.
I never received the order, and the refund came far too late to find an alternative solution.

No clear tracking, no proactive updates, and no real customer support when I reached out.
This kind of experience is completely unacceptable when you're preparing for a major sporting event.

Yes, I was eventually refunded — but that doesn’t make up for the stress, disappointment, and the fact that I was left with nothing in time.

Ordered a top after an event which I have not yet received.
Tried contacting customer service in several different ways - not heard anything back from them at all.
No top and no reply even to say that they are looking into delivery.
Very frustrating, would not order from them again

Josh at Scimitar Events was just great and outstanding, whereas I was the customer from hell! Needy, difficult, and with multiple changing requirements, Josh coped with it all delivering impeccable customer service, which was underpinned by excellent emotional intelligence.
